This place has been my husband favorite Restaurant since he was a teen. He loves quality American Mexican food. I loved it since I tripped it in my early twenties, and somehow a decade later they have gotten even BETTER! The service is amazing, the place feels cozy and somehow fancy yet casual. It's very clean, and wheelchair accessible. Though I would recommend having an assistant because the ramp is steep, the parking is a little tight but average for Pullman, and the bathroom is a bit hard to access for new wheelchair users.
Overall an awesome place to eat!
Parking: A lil strange but plenty
Kid-friendliness: I recommend a booth for kids. Have the good shot on the inside not they are more comfortable and have pretty art on the stays themselves that they Emily looking and touching.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very smooth of a tiny bit step ramp with stable metal rail and handicap parking. You can just fit a manual wheelchair between tables and carpet is smooth. Doors are a little cumbersome but smooth opening.

The inside of this restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. That's is the best thing this place has going for it. Other then that, this is the most unflavored, bland, want to be Mexican food I have ever eaten. Pullman honestly has the worst Mexican food I have ever tasted. It's like this at every restaurant, but this one is the worst. My husband ordered a combo meal and the sauce that was over the tamale was definitely from a can. I hope a real good Mexican restaurant comes here one day. Please if you know real authentic Mexican food. DO NOT GO HERE

Best Mexican food in the Palouse and it's not even close. I usually only go to restaurants once every couple weeks, and I choose Nuevo Vallarta almost every time. The prices are fair and the food is phenomenal. The service is excellent as well. I almost never have any issues but when I do the issue is taken seriously and resolved quickly with care. Cannot recommend this place enough

I have been wanting to visit Nuevo Vallarta for almost a year now. Every time I passed by I could catch a glimpse of the colourful interiors! Finally made it here last night and the food was good. Sour cream and guacamole portions could have been slightly more than the chopped lettuce portion!I had the Chicken Fajita, Mariscos- Camarones Al Mojo de Ajo, Vallarta House special cocktail and coffee (with Kahlua and Captain Morgan mix). Definitely going back here to try out from the menu. Could you please add a dash of more tequila for me the next I visit ??
Nuevo Vallarta, Located in the center of Pullman Washington, is a great family friendly Mexican restaurant! They have an excellent menu that includes many great cocktails like Pina Coladas, Margaritas and mojitos. Definitely recommend this place for great comfort food with great prices and large portion sizes.
I've had a better taco at Taco Bell. Very disappointed
Parking: Parking is a real problem. Not enough spaces for the size of the restaurant by a factor of 3:1

The service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious. Nuevo Vallarta is one of the few restaurants in Pullman that don’t close too early and they have very reasonable prices.

It's a bit pricy for what you get, the food is fast, portions are average, but the plate price will be more than average for the area for what you get. Although they have quick table turnover, they are very friendly and clean. Nice spot for quick service.
