o-ramen Reviews
Great menu and variety for both ramen and poke bowls. If you are looking for sake and atmosphere, this place is legit cool for that. I’m partial to the fried tofu miso ramen, but I haven’t tried everything yet. You can grab a Sapporo and edamame at the bar or out in the shade.
Crazy good food. I was so not ready for how flavorful it would be 😂. For sure gonna be a new Pullman spot.

Soooo good! definitely 5 stars! Decided to do a quick carry out order, due to the impending snow storm, and I'm glad I picked o-ramen.
I was greeted by the friendly staff right away, and they walked me through the ordering process (first visit). The staff recommended the tan tan men, and a few other items as well as informing me of a new item on the menu. While I waited I was offered ice water, and was able to view the large variety of sake. O-Ramen offers a comforting and fulfilling dining experience in a small, modern ramen shop tucked away in a college town. The chicken shoyu remains a standout dish, leaving diners satisfied and content. The casual service with frequent check-ups ensures a pleasant experience. While the prices may feel a bit high for some, the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere make it an enjoyable dining destination. Customers appreciate the delicious ramen options, including spicy vegan ramen with flavorful garbanzo bean broth and generous portions packed with noodles, cabbage, jalapeños, bean sprouts, wood-ear mushrooms, carrots, bamboo shoots, and green onion. The restaurant also offers gluten-free noodles and a full egg in their ramen. The staff is cheerful and friendly, providing attentive service. Prices have become steeper recently, with ramen costing around $17 and sandwiches about $14, which makes it feel less accessible for some. The broth is rich and deeply flavorful, though slightly salty, so requesting less salt is advised. The space features clean, modern decor with subtle nods to Japanese minimalism, including soft lighting and clever wall art that mixes traditional styles with pop culture references. Overall, the charming ambiance, tasty food such as spicy miso soup with chicken, and friendly service make O-Ramen a popular spot for ramen lovers and one of the best dining experiences in Pullman.
