Charming little spot with delicious Ramen options. I was slightly sticker-shocked, it was tough to get out of there under 30.00 for lunch for 1, with tip. But delicious food, gluten free noodles available, and friendly service.

My last review for o-ramen was 2 years ago, so I thought I’d update my opinions based on our most recent visit! I ordered the spicy vegan ramen and my partner ordered the spicy chasu sandwich. Something I appreciate about this restaurant is that when they say spicy, they mean spicy! The base of the vegetarian/vegan ramens is garbanzo bean, and I found it really tasty! It doesn’t have the density of a chicken or pork broth, but it’s flavorful. My bowl was packed to the brim with noodles, cabbage, jalapeños, bean sprouts, wood-ear mushrooms, carrots, bamboo shoots, and green onion. I would say that the portion size is about 1.5. I tried my partner’s sandwich and I found the chasu, by itself, to be quite flavorless, but with the addition of the spicy mustard (?) sauce, it was extremely delicious. I’ve always loved the ambiance of o-ramen and the service is always nice.
The only downfall is that their prices have become a bit steep. I’m sure that there is a good reason for the price increases, but it’s starting to feel less accessible. My ramen was $17 and my partner’s sandwich was $14.

Ramen tested pretty good, the broth is slightly on the more salter side so make sure you ask for less salt. They give a generous amount of veggies and meat, also a full egg instead of the normal half egg you would normally get in a Ramen restaurant. Staff was super cheerful and friendly.

The food was so good, and made with much more effort than any other ramen we've had in WA. Everything is homemade! Noodles were perfect. The garbanzo broth for the vegan one was incredible and unique as I've never seen that before. And this is the first time I've had spicy ramen that was actually, seriously spicy -- you've been warned! If you like it hot, go for it, as it is amazing. The prices are great for the quantity and quality that you get.

Vegetarian options: Some dishes do not appear to be vegan, but they have tofu chashu!

An adorable little nook in the heart of Pullman with yummy authentic Japanese cuisine. So far I've had the Miso, Spicy Poke Bowl and various ramen bowls. The staff is always considerate and helpful with my dietary restrictions and provide exceptional service. This place is a staple for my friends and I! :)

The food here is definitely a little on the pricier side for what it is, but all the sauces and soups are made in house so to me that makes it worth it. I had the spice poke bowl, it was a little lacking on the protein but there were plenty of other ingredients so it was fine. The waitress was friendly and I didn't have to wait too long for my food. Overall a good experience and I'd definitely come back to try their specials or some of the other entree options!
