Worst restaurant experience ever! In town for my mother’s funeral and this place “supposedly” ran out of everything and we had to sit there for 2 hours-my kids got their food and finished it before ours even came. Then their idea of “fixing it” was to only comp 2 of the 4 meals. Do not recommend nor will I ever visit this place again. If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. What a clown show.

I did not have a great time. There were far too many flies attacking my food and drinks. The bruschetta was not authentic, only some toasts and ingredients that I had to assemble myself and all very bland. The smoked salmon dish had the salmon cooked in the cheese sause, ruining the texture.

We absolutely love coming here. The staff is so nice and the food is amazing. We make it a point to eat here a couple times a month. The prices are really reasonable and the servings are huge - enough for leftovers the next day :)

I found out the day I moved that this place has the best cannolis west of the Mississippi. Hands-down! My partner is a New Jersey Italian. The first cannoli I ever had was in New York City. When I bit into this cannoli, I cried. I got flashbacks from New York City. These are fresh cannolis, better than anything I’ve had in the West Coast. Well done and very nice people!

No matter the name, still a Pullman classic

First time visiting, ordered take out and had a drink at the bar while waiting. I think this place is great! Atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Employees are very nice and attentive. We took our take out home, lasagna with a side of fettuccine Alfredo, and it was amazing!
They also have a great selection of bottles of wines to go that I'm really excited to try.

This place is still as awful as I remember back when it was Oak. Only flavor here is garlic salt - the cheap stuff. Some of the pasta were hard while others practically paste from being overcooked.

I cannot exprsss how bad this was 💀. I am the furthest one could possibly be from picky, and this restaurant produced one of the worst meals I've ever put in my stomach. My meal cost me $18. To put this into perspective, the garlic bread is that crappy frozen garlic bread you can get in large quantities at any grocery store that you feed your kids when you live in poverty, the sauce tasted like water, and the manicottis -- you get two -- were most certainly from the pre-made meal section at costco (although I recall the costco ones tasting better). Chef Mike (microwave) must be working over time there with how much freezer food he is producing 😭. How did this restaurant survive the construction close in downtown pullman??? I wish we could get some decent restaurants here.

For better restaurant recommendations for my broke college peers, I recommend sticking to the cafeterias or Chipotle until you get a car and can drive to Moscow. Moscow has all of the great restaurants and cheap prices. Pullman restaurants are all frozen, pre-made, imported meals. The only decent place is the Old European Cafe, and they're hardly open.

I would ask for a refund, but I am not willing to argue. DO NOT GET THIS FOOD!!!
