I ordered the brisket sandwich with and payed $6 more for fries they were terrible tasted like they were leftover from the day before and put back in the grease tough and chewy the sandwich was sauce and fat said it came with coleslaw
that was sprinkled on top very disappointing. Was very noisy inside had a cafeteria atmosphere.
Somehow I missed this place while driving into town, but I decided to go there for dinner because it was walking distance from my hotel and reasonably priced. I had a beer with my bowl of lentil chili, which was delicious and filling. Service was fantastic, and the historic setting can't be beat. If I'm ever back in Pullman, I would for sure return.
Great beer. Great food. Great service. The old post office building gives this place a lot of fun atmosphere to go along with their craft beers which are delicious ( and that’s from someone who’s not a big beer drinker). Hamburgers are great, the brisket sandwich with coleslaw is messy and tasty, the chili is over the top good. The menu has lots of options. Save room for a Nanaimo bar rich thick chocolate layer over sweet coconut center and chocolate cookie-like bottom.
