I like the pizza, but I've run into issues the last few times. My order was once given to someone else, so when I showed up-no pizza. Had to return later for the replacement. The manager ( i think she's the manager?) Is very unpleasant. She is rude to her employees- I hate seeing that. Lastly, this is the second occasion where there has been hair on my pizza. And i'm not talking just one little hair....multiple.

The dough is hand tossed, but the pizza is flavorless. The dough was soggy and chewy rather than crispy. The sauce is bright but lacks seasoning. The toppings were OK, but the cheese pooled around the veggies like the oven Temp was too low.Sellas does it better.

Called and ordered a carry out order. Got a coupon out of the survival guide, for 18.99$. Got a 3 topping pizza, with their crazy stix. Got there, they didn’t have my order, at all (I confirmed my order over the phone). Was insanely rude to my husband, and STILL got my order wrong! I tried something new, and it failed me.

Don't do it guys. It's not worth it. It looks cheaper than Domino's, has more topping options. But they hardly put anything on it. You're basically paying $17 or more for cheesy bread. Both pizzas I got had less than an 8th of a cup of toppings.

I was a student at WSU from 84-88. One of my favorite weekend activities was to order pizza, breadsticks, and soda from Pizza Pipeline. Thank you, Pizza Perfection, from taking me back to the Reagan years. I ordered a large pepperoni and garlic twists while visiting for homecoming. Honestly, it may have been my best meal over the weekend, and under 20 bucks. When you spend $500 on a motel in Pullman, you gotta cutback somewhere! Well done Pizza Perfection.

*UPDATE Not long after this phone issue with the female manager, a very nice delivery man knocked on my door with my order, i told him the order had been canceled, he said to go ahead and take it as it was free, about 15 mins later my card app showed the amount for the online order had been taken from my card, i called back and spoke to the female again and read it off to her, her response was that i had gotten my pizza (yes, but i had also paid for it) when i told her that she got very angry and said id lied in this review and claimed she never called me a liar, and than said i was a liar due to my review, than she cursed the F bomb at me and hung up on me, so i got the pizza that supposedly had been declined on line( for the second time in less than 2 years ) and was called a liar for, and than this time cursed at and hung up on.*This is the second time in a year and a half that when I ordered online I received the your card was declined, both times I than called and did an order over the phone only to discover the money for the online order had been taken, by pizza perfection, upon immediately calling them to explained they had already charged me for the declined online order, the same female manager called me a liar, the last time she had to eat crow when it was proven that the declined order took my money, this time she told me I needed to order from somewhere else.

I recently got the lunch special, however I was not notified that the ice was out, (which the customer in front of me was told and he got her ice from the back ) when I asked for ice I was given, literally 4 ice cubes by an employee who was clearly perturbed. Then all the soda was flat, I come here frequently and deal with the bad attitude and rude employees, but, throw in the broken down Pop machine and I'm out!!!

Almost no toppings. We got 4 different kinds of pizza and could hardly tell them apart. I know all restaurants are struggling with the government running the economy into the ground but still frustrating.
