Pretty mediocre overall. Not much food for the price you pay, and the food doesn’t taste very good. It’s not bad, but not good. The service was okay, and the environment was good. Come here for acceptable food.

On this occasion we had stopped for lunch we were greeted and immediately sat with salsa and chips we ordered the Rancho Viejo Enchilada and the Carne Asada, the prices were great, the service was pleasant and speedy. I highly recommend for family gatherings, lunch and dinner ?️ over all, this restaurant is a great place and I've dined in frequently and will continue to do so.

Huuuuuge servings of delicious food. The staff were welcoming and dedicated also. I had the "gordo plato" (appetizer) and the "tres compadres." I also asked for queso blanco dips on the side. All suited my taste.

2 basket limit on chips and salsa, likely due to recovering college kids. But, reliable goodness from the first time I tried it mid 90's to today 2024. Extensive menu. Customize in endless variations.

Rancho Viejo is by far the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. I am from Georgia and have been spoiled with real, authentic Mexican food, but this has to be the worst "Mexican" food I've ever eaten. The chicken was coated in some kind of pink ooze and smelled like sewage. In fact, the entire restaurant smelled of sewage, strangely. I had chicken fajitas and they made me incredibly sick. I find it difficult to explain how bad this food was. There truly are no words. If you want Mexican food in Pullman, Nayarit on Main street is FAR better. It's still not great, but much better than this sorry excuse of Mexican food
