1. Salsa was like tomato juice no flavor, no herbs /spices. Felt like eat chips dipped in tomato juice. 2 bad service: they did not give all the items in the order together. We had to ask them twice about our items. 3. Rice side dish was dried out as they had put 2/3 spoons of rice and spread it big so it fills more area in the plate with a very thin layer. Quantity was really just 2/3 tea spoons :( 4. We asked them for mild entry and they made it spicy.

It would be nice to get beef in my chili colorado when they ask beef or pork and we ask for beef. This is the second time we've received pork instead. And only a small handful of chips and one tiny salsa is disappointing. Great salsa though. I always love to give second chances unfortunately it will be our last.

I'm only embarrassed i cane to this restaurant with my mom my and my son. I'm a first generation Mexican. The employees act like they are too. I came in with my baseball team. My son the only mexican on the team. I come to the restaurant to get a table for our team. They only talked to me for this large group. But when it came to order. We the Mexicams, real mexicans had there orders taken last. I encourage white people to go there. They like you. But if your Mexican and from out of town. Please dont give them your business or money. Thats not american. My grandfather owned a restaurant in pasco Washongton he had a cheese burger on the menu. People thought it to be weird. But he eas proud to serve a cheese burger and hand cut fries to those that wete not familiar to mexican spice or food. He tought us respect each other and embrace the buisness of all. I don't wish Ranch Viejo well. You disrespect Mexicans.

First off, let me start it like this. I guess I could be half the problem because I assumed that a restaurant could at least get you your appetizer in less than twenty minutes. I would really like to be able to give a star on the food but I never got it after 20 minutes into a 30 minute lunch break, and I never received my food. I went to the front and asked the hostess to just cancel my order. Wasn't upset. Just explaind why I was canceling my order. At that point in time, a waiter that I had never seen. I came up and told me Do you not understand we're busy. That's the only part of this that I was upset about. Because I do understand you're busy, but when you're put back in the very back of the restaurant and completely ignored. It's a little disappointing. I will try them again when I have more time.So this experience does not happen again.

Very happy with my experience here. It was my first time eating here and it did not disappoint. I had a chimichanga and my husband had the two enchiladas. Portioning was beyond what I was expecting. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I had to run out to my car a few times to grab some things for my baby and the gal stopped what she was doing at the counter and rushed over to open the door for me. Loved eating here and probably will be my go to spot in Pullman from now on. 🙂
