Overall it was great. Lovely atmosphere and good coffee. Not too sugary. Little spendy for what you get but it's a good place for a for a meetup about school or anything else.

Come here everytime we visit Pullman. Think it’s one of the best coffee and breakfast places. High quality food, never disappoints. They make their own syrup with sugar instead of the bottled stuff that is so full of high- fructose. Always recommend it to anyone that asks.
Typically crowded during the hours you'd expect, but good acoustics enable conversation. Some covered outdoor seating. The coffee and drinks are superior to Starbucks, and reasonably priced. A seasonal selection of fancy brunch items is available with good sharing options. Nice place for a relaxed chat, casual date, or project brainstorming session.

They wouldn't honor the $20 gift card because they changed their system. I will never be back at roost. Their coffee is nothing special either.
