Apparently there is some phantom line you are supposed to magically know to stay at if pulling into the drive thru line, the sign apprently does not exist anymore because it was getting run over too much. So currwnt situation is no sign just a bunch of strange looks if you pull into not block the road and then a lecture from the Starbucks workers when you order. Unless walking or biking avoid this location would be my recommendation there are other locations near by.

When I mentioned my partner’s allergy, she took it seriously right away and has continued to go the extra mile to ensure their safety and comfort. Every visit since, she remembers and takes special care with my order, and our conversations are always warm and joyful.

Management needs a reality check. Treat those employees better. At least let the poor souls sprinting around your store to drink water while working and give them gloves when using acidic cleaners. I can't in good conscience go here ever again.

It's only coffee so this is a 1st world problem, yet it's frustrating because the store allows pre-order mobile to pick up and the lobby is closed. 5-6 staff scurrying around to help 15 cars in the drive through and the lobby is closed due to no staff? Additionally disappointed there is no way to cancel the order. Small local shops will get my business to help curb my coffee dependence in Pullman moving forward. The drink was wonderful but this is a tough location. It’s a small parking lot and drive through. Parking lot is tough if there is a long drive through line. The staff was wonderful. But I would have went to another location if I knew the lobby was closed.
