Ordered my drink @ 10:49a… Got it in the drive thru @ 11:15!!!!!!!! & it was made WRONG!!!!!!!! NEVER again will I be coming to this location!!!!!!!!!! Whata waste of $!!!!!!!!! & more importantly time!!!!!!!!!!

Mobile order pick for the drive thru, 1 item. Only to be told that I would have to park and wait for my order.. with a full parking lot. I get lucky and park, the place is a mess. I get my order called and it’s wrong. Hilariously wrong. Half the cup is caramel. If it didn’t make me laugh I think I would have given 1 star.

Sitting in this place right with 3 other people in the restaurant and a slow drive through and it is taking upwards of 25 minutes to get a normal drink, explain.

I ordered a dirty chai drink on my way out of Pullman. Several minutes into me waiting, the batista came up to tell me she forgot to charge me for the 2 shots in my drink. I was very understanding and paid the extra 3 dollars. After 20 minutes of waiting, I finally got my drink. As I was driving away, I realize that it had no coffee shots in it after all and I basically had to pay extra for air. I think I wouldn't have been as upset if she didn't make me pay extra for absolutely nothing.

I know it can be busy at this location but the times they disclose in person and on their mobile app is deceiving. Expect to wait an additional 10-20 minutes on top of the time they disclose.

I ordered 3 drinks and after waiting over 90 minutes, my coworkers and I called to see what was taking so long. We were informed that they were 13 minutes behind on mobile orders and that my order was being made as we were on the phone... That was over an hour ago. Having to wait over 2 and a half hours for 3 drinks and no food is unacceptable. It's not possible to give 0 stars, otherwise I would.

It's hard to get in to the parking lot and if your close to the road you can get a ticket from police for Impeding traffic. So when they close down the lobby, it makes it 10 times harder for dashers or mobile orders to get in and get their orders in a timely manner.If there's not enough staff, they should shut down the store.

Mostly friendly staff, but never enough on busy game/event weekends. It's almost impossible to get into the parking lot due to the amount of traffic going in and out of the parking lot. And, it's rare to actually get a parking spot when you do make it into the lot. The drive thru a nightmare and takes forever to get through. If you order delivery it also takes forever. And, not on the drivers fault, but Starbucks taking forever to make their order. I've never experienced this with any other Starbucks before. I firmly believe the location of this store is what's making it so undesirable.Parking: Very few parking spots in an extremely small lot. The location of the store wasn't thought out too thoroughly because traffic is always backed up out of the parking lot and out onto an extremely busy street. Your best bet is to park down the road and walk up the hill to the store.

Terrible drive through speed. Been here 20 minutes and only moved up 4 cars. At this rate the drive through will take an hour. Unacceptable!!!!!

This is possibly the slowest Starbucks in the world. If you want to go through drive thru make sure your willing to wait for at least 30 minutes. I understand that there is mobile order but it ridiculous!

I am astounded at how poorly this parking lot is designed. It blows my mind. I've never seen anything like it before, and for my sanity's sake I hope I never do again. The people are wonderful but the piss poor planning of this parking lot and drive thru makes me utterly despise this Starbucks and avoid it like the plague.

This has got to be the absolute slowest starbucks I have ever been too. I AM CURRENTLY STUCK IN THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE WHERE I HAVE BEEN FOR 20 MINUTES. So even if I wanted to leave I cant because I'm carlocked.
