This location is amazing, friendly staff, the coffee is great too. The location at Safeway not so much i purchased a cup they promoted for the month of January i paid $65. For a cup that i got promised free refills of what i wanted from drip, iced, cold brew or teas with no upcharge. I went back two days later i got told no you can drip coffee if you want extra flavor its an .80 cent charge. Well thank you for your false advertising. Makes my choice of not giving you any more money. Savage's

Usually this location is great - I drove here in a rush tonight at 630 to catch them before they close & on my way out of town …and they closed a half hour early from what it says online! Either they need to fix their listing or let the public know they’d be closing early. Waste of time & gas :(

This particular Starbucks location has quickly become one of my favorite places. It doesn't matter what time of day I go in (before work, for a quick pick me up during the day, or after work) the staff is friendly, courteous, and will go out of their way to help you. I am always met with warm welcomes when I walk in, and would choose this location over any other location in Pullman, any day of the week!
I go here frequently for 2 years and have only had a bad drink once. Take that as you will. Love you guys.

It’s been a long while since I’ve gone through a drive thru and received a breath of fresh air customer service. MJ (she told us her name was) was sweet, charming, she felt like home. Thank you MJ we will be back to see you again, daily!!! ❤️

Manager (I think her name starts with an M) allows customers who throw cups at people and a guy that is shows up almost every day who constantly harasses all the feminine employees! He tried to do it to me and my partner! NOT COOL. I will not be back until the person is kicked out or the manager is gone. Whoever runs the show in this area needs to fix this before someone gets hurt.
