Normally a good experience, but dissatisfied with a recent visit.
I had been given someone else’s order and returned to get my own. I didn’t receive an apology but instead my drink which had been sitting in their window for 15 to 20 minutes and had to ask that it be remade. The new drink was left on the counter amongst a number of other pickup orders for me to figure out that it was done.
I appreciate how a business rectifies a mistake. In this case, there was a lack of regard.

I went in and asked them to remake my drive through drink because it wasn't stirred and there were chunks of matcha in it. They mocked me on my way out the door. I'm having a horrible day. Never going here again. I never ask for drinks to be remade because I usually dont care but I really wanted my morning to start off better and they ruined it.

Insane Cat Queen
I kinda randomly lost my voice over the past couple of days and came in today hoping a hot drink would help me get it back long enough to call my mom. There was a very nice employee who I think was named Racheal that was very helpful and patient when I wasn't able to actually tell her my order and had to type it put. Definitely made my day to have someone patient with me and get me a wonderful drink after the week I've had.

It would be nice to get EXACTLY what I order!!!!!!! I pay enough $ for it!!!!!!!! I HATE HATE HATE your ice, & for whatever reason IF I order LIGHT ICE, or NO ICE… It doesn’t matter!!!!!!!!! I could careless about getting MORE product!!!!!!!!! I just want my ice situation figured out!!!!!!!!! My coffee drink gets topped off w whatever milk I choose, BUT I’d RATHER have the ice handled correctly!!!!!!!! It hurts my teeth IMMENSELY, soo IF I ask for no ice, or light ice… Hello. PLEASE… Pay attn. to that lil detail!!!!!!!!

I order a caramel drink, & MORE than once there’s been NO caramel in my drink!!! The staff are mostly friendly, & helpful. Sometimes, I feel like they’ve had WAY too much coffee themselves, bc they act scatterbrained. 4get stuff. Don’t listen. Get upset. Act ANNOYED, when I remind them I want the caramel in my own cup, & on top of my drink!!! I woulda given MORE stars, but the caramel missing from my drink has happened more than I like. I pay for it, & my drink is called it, soo I WANT it. Period. I shouldn’t feel like I messed up by asking if they put it in, bc they often don’t. Parking lot is super small, but I get in, & out, soo meh. Inside is nice, & clean. Usually busy w ppl., but large enough to not feel cramped
