The gal working today was pretty rude. We hadn’t even sampled any of the flavors and she was trying to get us to pay. I thought she said something else, but didn’t, and gave me a mean look when I asked. Someone must be having a bad day ~

The frozen yogurt was very soft and did not stay frozen long. The place was not very clean. It was sad to see because it was the complete opposite of the awesome business it used to be.

My daughter and I decided to go to get frozen yogurt. So we looked online and saw that sweet mutiny was open til 10. We got there at 9:20 and they were closed! So VERY disappointing!! Don't post online that you are open til a certain time if you are not going to be open til that time!

Really bad.
I never leave reviews.
We went today and for 3 kids to get the small size and me to get the extra small size it was $37. I got huckleberry lemon which I was interested to try and it was DISGUSTING. I threw it away which I’ve also never done with a dessert.
Like truly gross.
The yogurt came out like soup.
The toppings counter was very dirty and unsanitary.
My kids added toppings to their soup and then drank it as if drinking out of a cup because it was too watery for a spoon.
It was very dirty inside the actual seating area.
The price point, uncleanliness, and straight up bad froyo really surprised me. I’ve never experienced something so bad.
The worker was a very sweet girl who told us she did all the art inside which was adorable.

I really miss Jams in Moscow. That place was the best.

Great toppings...good yogurt

Very good service. The drinks are amazing here.

Overpriced for the smallest amount of yogurt. You get unlimited toppings, but can only go through once. There is barely any room for toppings unless you want to lose out on the amount of yogurt In your cup. Toppings area is dirty and items are cross contaminating others. I also saw a video that they posted online where they store their cherry filling that comes in a can in the fridge after opening it, which is a no-no in food safety. I mentioned this to them and they deleted my comment. They don’t like any negative reviews, but won’t do anything to improve their business. Will not return.

Cute shop with tasty muffins!

Sadly the prices here are way too high. Treating my family of 5 was nearly as expensive as taking takeaway. The kids size doesn’t have enough room for toppings.

It's nice to have in the area good flavors and decent amount of treats to go into your froyo.

It takes 2 min to update your business hours. Pretty crappy to only post a sign to the door that you will be closed for a week. Love wasting a 30 minute drive for nothing,.

Marissa

this was actually the worst froyo i’ve ever had unfortunately. super icy and flavorless

I am normally not the type of person to take time to write negative reviews but this place was absolutely unacceptable. I manage a local froyo shop in Spokane and know exactly how these places should look and run.

I paid $33.59 for two medium cups and one small cup of yogurt. The yogurt itself was runny and didn’t come out of the machine well. The toppings are a completely different story. I was with my older brother who has a deathly peanut allergy and not having your peanut products separated for cross contamination is insane to me. He didn’t get any toppings because there was butterfinger EVERYWHERE.

The store was an absolute disaster! There was yogurt dripping down all 4 machines and toppings were everywhere. Whatever system you have is definitely not working! We will never be back :)

Just paid $20 for two SMALL yogurts.
Headed over to the toppings, they are almost out of a lot of them. You’d think if you’re gonna pay that much for yogurt, your toppings would be filled and ready and the station would at least look clean? Def do not recommend. Soooo expensive it’s insane.
