Whoever was cooking Friday 18th of April doesn’t know how to cook chicken. Everything we ordered that had chicken in it was nasty and was so disappointed to the point I feel we won’t be back
Their food was mediocre and overpriced for the quality. DO NOT order the Szechuan Beef- they told us that they just dump ketchup and hoisin sauce together, neither of which are in a real Szechuan recipe, but rather a cheap option they believe they can trick unknowing customers with. The entire dish smelled just like ketchup and made me very nauseous. When we asked to switch dishes, the owner was very rude and started gossiping and complaining about us to the customers at the next table. Horrible service, very cheap service and poor quality.

Be prepared to wait. If you are hungry and want fast service go somewhere else.

Actually, I never get food in here. We were waiting and waiting. When the server came, we were ready to order. But she refused with neglecting to deal with something. Then no come back for long times. Very weird experience which I never experienced in my life. We were waiting and finally receiving menu and water. But, no one in the hall. we had to get out. (+ background: 1table almost finished & go, no one in the hall, not even server except us. Before noon)

The lone woman was working hard to accommodate a lot of groups. Menu was simple but long listed. Our group had Orange Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, Sesame Beef. Sharing around was an experience. The BEST Chicken Fried Rice! Ever!!

I travel frequently and have tried hundreds of restaurants. This is the best authentic Chinese food I’ve had. It is a gem to have this quality of an establishment in Pullman! The restaurant was busy, but the quality of the food and friendly owners were more than worth the wait. If you want Americanized Chinese food this is not your place.

I’ve eaten here since this place opened and have generally enjoyed the modest atmosphere and basic service. The owners have put all their efforts into producing quality food and I can get behind that. It has worked for many years.
Lately, however, I have tried to eat here only to find it closed. This has happened three of four times over the past six months. It is a poor reflection of a good restaurant. It has also lost this customer who will not be returning ever again.

Be prepared to wait, but the food and portions were good. We saw lots of F-1 students too, so another positive sign. I had the 'fire cracker chicken', while Messy Jess had the crispy garlic chicken.

Walking in, you smell the aroma of favors that means you are about to enjoy great food.
The staff are wonderful.
It could use a bit of a remodeling in the dinner room, but that is just cosmetic. What is great about this place is the food, staff and the customers

This place has some really good food. If you like spicy, the firecracker chicken will light you up! Great experience, glad I came.
We love visiting Tan's so much that our 9 year old picked it for his birthday dinner. The food is delicious and the owners are very nice.
Personally, my favorite dish is the General Tso's chicken, especially when they make it extra spicy.

Amazing food and very good service. Very kind and quick. I'm really sad that they no longer have Hong Kong Style Chow Mein. My family is Cantonese, and that's what I grew up on. It made me feel like I was bad home. A shame, but their other food is really good too!
