I had been wanting to try this place for awhile. But after doing so it was a huge letdown. Tacos were fairly generic and bland with too little flavor. Sauces were just run-of-the-mill. There was nothing about the tacos to get excited about or come back for.
Nice people with great service, but they need to focus more on the product.
The location is a little difficult to get into if you're not paying attention. And if you eat at the picnic tables there, the cars pulling in and out constantly kick up dust all over your food.
On top of all that, it's a bit pricy.

Work took me to Pullman a couple weeks in a row. Taco Tuesday is basically a ritual for me so I wanted to find cheap street tacos and Taqueria Las Torres delivered. Very friendly staff, quick service and awesome tacos.

Ive been to this location a few times, their Tacos could be better filled, and the burritos could use a bit more filling and seasoning. Much better than the other truck/cart by Rosaures. But plz step up the flavor and not keep raising prices when your not giving more quantity or quality.
