My partner and I came last night for our anniversary, and we had possibly the best dining experience I've ever had. Our food was delicious, I had the carbonara and he got the lamb chops. Our server recommended the beef skewer appetizer and it was a hit! We both ordered a couple drinks and the cocktails were amazing.
Along with all of this great food and drinks, was our server Grace. Grace was the kindest, most attentive, funny and personable server I have ever had. She made our whole night and deserves all the stars! She anticipated our needs, chatted with us, and kept a positive attitude the whole night, even bouncing between multiple tables.
We will be coming back tonight just because of the incredible service and atmosphere, created by Grace and every one of the amazing staff!

Went here for dinner and had one of my favorite ribeyes ever. 16oz with a great crust and cooked perfectly! Also had two cocktails which were both unique, and the cheese sandwiches as an appetizer which were good. The huckleberry ice cream and bread pudding there is also a must try. Probably my favorite nice dinner spot in Pullman.

Had a fantastic birthday dinner! My grey dove cocktail kicked off the evening. The chicken and clams are our favorites. We always split the large beet salad. The bread pudding with huckleberry icecream is one of my all time favorite desserts. We had the brownie dessert for the first time and it was delicious!

We went there for a dinner for our wedding anniversary and the food was absolutely amazing! The price is a bit expensive but that’s what you would expect at such a fine and vibrant place! Lamb chops and Carbonara that we ordered were filled with flavors!

This restaurant is excellent. We had my daughters college graduation dinner here, and it was fabulous. The service, custom cocktails, and food was on point. They went out of their way to make sure it was a special evening. Side note, try the bacon! So good!

My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at The Black Cypress, and everything about the experience was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and perfect for a special evening.
But what truly made the night unforgettable was the incredible service—especially from Gabrielle. From the moment I called to make the reservation, she went above and beyond. I had arranged to drop off a small gift ahead of time, and Gabrielle not only made that easy, but she also thoughtfully set it up on our table before we arrived.
The care and attention she showed us made the night feel truly special. Great food and ambiance are one thing—but having someone like Gabrielle take care of you adds a whole other level to the experience.

Great salad, especially the bacon. Good pasta dishes. Bartender rather throws some of the liquor away, serving less than a full cup, than leaving it in the jigger measuring cup and serve it to the customer.

Absolutely amazing. The best carbonara I have ever had, big portions, the staff was amazing and very accommodating, as my boyfriend had them set up a table with a candle and such before we got there, and our waiter was amazing.
