I’ve always enjoyed TOER in Spokane, and I assumed the Pullman location would be just as good. This note is really for the owners: PLEASE consider coming to Moscow. We’re badly underserved when it comes to breakfast. The only truly decent spot in town is The Club, and a two-hour wait just isn’t something I’m willing to do.
Jack Jack’s is garbage, and Denny’s is clearly straight out of the SYSCO playbook. There’s a real gap here, and I honestly believe TOER would do very well. Moscow is ready for a solid, well-run breakfast place, and you’d have a loyal crowd from day one.

Favorite breakfast place in Pullman. Lots of delicious options! Able to seat and accommodate large groups with kids. They kind of upsell you on drinks and things, but all their stuff is delicious and worth getting at least once. We come here basically every time someone visits from out of town and I'm still working my way through trying everything on the huge menu. I tried to get a picture of all the options including the drinks and kids menu since I couldn't find that online last time I looked

I guess my biggest complaint about this place is the price. Be prepared to drop 25 to $35 on breakfast per person. The food was good. The omelette was small. The goulash was good.

We found this place when we were traveling home through Pullman, and wanted to stop for breakfast.
Wow! I am so glad that we did. This place is wonderful. The waitress asked if we had been in before, which we hadn't. She told us about the history of the restaurant, and how they make almost everything in house. She listened to us, and made suggestions. The service was impeccable. The food was delightful. I wish I lived closer. I would eat here everyday.
The ebelskivers are soooo good. We got an order to go, so we could eat them in the car on the way home.
The caramel apple cider, breakfast goulash, and the crepes are spot on. The sourdough bread tastes divine, especially with the homemade strawberry jam. It reminds me of the jam I used to make with my grandma. We purchased a couple of loaves to take on the go. And of course some jam!
The place is a little spendy, but so worth it! I hope I can come back some day! 😋😋

I went here during the weekday and there were maybe two or three other tables besides myself there. Service was ok, but the food I ordered was horrendous for the amount of money I paid. I got part of an egg that must’ve been burnt and overcooked, because whoever was cooking trimmed away quite a bit of the egg white. I looked on the underside of the egg and saw the burnt areas, which is probably why they trimmed the egg the way it looks in the photo. The sausage patty was smaller than what you would get at McDonald’s in a sausage McMuffin. The Aebelskivers were ok and they were made wrong initially. I ordered an expensive $8 glass of orange juice to go with it as well. I get it, it’s freshly squeezed, but that’s ridiculous for the amount you get. I’m from the Spokane area, and I can find a multitude of places to go that’s way better and for much less. I can’t believe the prices for some of the breakfast items on the menu. Crazy, but it’s a college town so what do you expect. Overpriced mediocre food. I ordered what they called a bit of breakfast and that’s what I got a little bit as you can see in the photo. That was it. Definitely not worth the money.

So, good. I really enjoyed the chicken fried steak, and highly recommend the potato pancakes and fresh squeezed orange juice.

I was super happy with my breakfast.
The omelet was a little dry but it had a ton of bacon bits and avocado.
It needed some cream cheese to help with the
Dryness. But the flavors were great and so was the Australian coffee!
It was all good in the end and i will go backed again. Took my 16 yr old grand son and he loved it! He had a 2 egg sandwich that was huge with sausage and sourdough bread, Potatoes, cocoa with real whipped cream! Yummy and the staff was great!
