My recent experience at Tim Tan Tacos was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I came in injured, bleeding, and in need of a place to quickly bandage myself. I also had money to purchase my own food — I was there as a paying customer, not someone trying to freeload or cause problems.
Yes, I’ll admit that I was frustrated and irritated in the moment, and I said things I regret. I take accountability for that. But nothing I said or did justified the extreme response of trespassing me. That decision was not about fairness, safety, or customer service — it was about humiliation, avoidance, and a complete lack of compassion from management.
When someone is hurt, has money to spend, and comes into your establishment for help, the bare minimum expectation is to be treated with dignity. Instead, I was met with gaslighting, isolation, and a rushed trespass that stripped me of my rights as a paying customer. That was an abuse of authority and a failure of leadership.
I am directly calling on Tim Tan Tacos’ management to take accountability and undo the trespass. It was unjustified, disproportionate, and harmful. The responsible action now is to reverse that decision, acknowledge the harm it caused, and demonstrate that you actually value fairness, compassion, and accountability.
Until that happens, this business cannot claim to stand for community or respect. Undo the trespass and make this right.

Fantastic for late nights, definitely not a real restaurant by any means, but im so happy it’s there after a long night of partying. Very rowdy atmosphere with the nightclub next door. Food is hit or miss but does the job after drinks.

It's a shame I can't give less than one star. Tiny, dry, flavorless tacos. Churros are raw the whole way through and they got the order wrong. Terrible even by Pullman standards. There's a reason the owners don't respond to reviews here. They couldn't even justify their excuses. Chipotle is more authentic than this place

They were literally watching a sports event with a dominos pizza instead of taking my order. I was in there (the only person) for about 5 mins before I was attended to.

Got the California burrito with asada. As soon as I picked up the burrito I knew something was off.... Super fluffy and light. Was literally 80% fries, and not like good soft fries, it was literally stale McDonald's fries. Very little meat and next to no sour cream.

Just ordered from moscow. They don't answer the phone so we ordered online and they took our money. Husband drives all the way there and there's a sign on the door that says they're closed for Christmas till the 26th....so what about my food and my money? What about the gas and time?

You should try the pastor tacos and their agua and not to mention the chicken tamales too.

I ordered the Tin Tan burrito which is supposed to come with everything and was given nothing but meat, canned refried beans, rice, and cheese. No sour cream, no tomato, no cilantro.
Worst of all it didn't taste good. The pastor is mostly pineapples, the refried beans are tasteless, lettuce is lettuce.
I had to wait 10 minutes for the cook to assemble my burrito.
What a sad Mexican street food spot. Chipotle has better burritos.
