We went to Zoe's yesterday. Food was great. Tried a new sandwich with fries and a side salad. Greek Gyro, seasoned fries and a salad. All of it was great and splitting it was the perfect amount of food for two! The best part was the server Stephen. He was so nice, patient letting us peruse the order and prompt in bringing the food and drinks. All around a great lunch! Thanks Stephen!

Easily one of my favorite spots in Pullman! The staff is always very friendly, and I’ve enjoyed just about everything I’ve ordered here. Our server Stephen was particularly polite and helpful this time around. Really nice atmosphere too!

I'm glad to add that the hostess was perhaps the only one we enjoyed for his communication skills. Kaylin has served me twice since I've been there and has never been really good. Never communicated very well. Thank you for not informing us that it would take a while. Waited 45 minutes and checked on us once she only came to glance at us but never talked to us. Nor was she like “it was a pleasure to server you guys today” it was just a check handed to us and walked away. Another server lied to us about having the number of eggs we requested. The dish tasted like it was from the same oil batch. It tasted smoky. The toast contained some strange crumbs that we couldn't identify, but they were disgusting.

We arrived as a party of 2 at roughly 10:45am, so the restaurant was busy but not too busy. Got seated at 11:25 and waited 15 minutes to see our server. After taking our order, we then waited over an hour for our food with ZERO updates or visits from our waitress. We finally stopped another waitress for an update, then waited another 20 minutes for our food.
Coffee came out in a cup rather than a mug, never once was offered a refill while we watched near by tables get refilled several times.
Food comes out, the French toast is drier than the Sahara Desert, almost no powdered sugar, no butter on it. The baked Mac and cheese, was bland and the fries were saltier than the Atlantic Ocean.
2 hours for mediocre food and horrible service. 10/10 will not be going again.

Walked in here on a whim for breakfast on a football weekend and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised! Service was superb, food delicious (portions are huge!), drinks were fabulous (the football game day mimosa flight was awesome as was the mocha martini!) and atmosphere was on point. 5 ⭐ experience!
