Man I had a big dude all tatted up it’s 10:15 pm right now and wow I’m just amazed!! I pulled up to the window cause nobody answered and home boy said and I quote “what do YOU want” like bro I want the food I was trying to order and also when I pulled up homie was on his phone lol like A&w get a grip it’s turning into a joke I legit left and just went to McDonald’s witch should be an issue in it’s self but anything is better then getting rushed or ignored for the food your paying for

What is A&W without rootbeer? The were OUT. Took 10 min to make a cheese burger and I was one of two people there. Very disappointed in them as they are not fast food.

Ok this review is the sum of our last two visits to this restaurant.
The weekend before last my wife stopped in to purchase 2 of the newest root beer shakes A&W featured. She was informed that the restaurant was clean out of root beer.
Last weekend we both stopped by to order the same 2 root beer shakes. We were given 2 shakes that were not yet in the frozen state I presume since it was just cold liquid ice cream.
What is going wrong here.

I give 0 stars. They forgot half of our order. Did not give fries or my other side for my big box. The baf was also ripped. Hopefully they get new management. They basically got 10 bucks for free from me. Also you have to make a double u turn to get back to the restaurant. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY SHORTENED ME

The food is good, never got a receipt, customer service there was non except for the speaker, and move forward right behind another truck, which had no room if another car was going be be hind me. The truck ahead of me, they had to come out to verify his order again, then went back in came back out with his order in the truck then drive thru associate handed mine to me.. no thank u or sorry for the wait.. Zero customer service.. if they are gonna have people pull forward then have a better driveway..

ordered the chicken wrap combo with 1 spicy & 1 bbq with mashed potatoes & gravy, and a 4 piece tender combo with mashed potatoes & gravy. The wraps were both spicy, and was given fries not mashed potatoes as well as the tender combo had fries not mashed potatoes. Also, the tenders didn't seem to be cooked all the way. This is not the first time my order was messed up. I forgot to check my bag before I left.
