Pricing is high and food is something you would expect from a taco chain. There are much better options just across the street. I will not be returning.

Puyallup location: I ordered the Carne Asada Ranchera Special on Christmas Eve, got home and realized they gave me a nasty Chile relleno. I called and talked to the manager which told us to come back any other day and they’d replace it and got my name. When I went back they didn’t have anything written down, so we had to wait for them to call the manager, they asked me to pull forward and I wouldn’t, they continued to walk out to collect money, hand out orders to, and gossip about the situation to customers behind us in the drive-thru. 40 mins passed and they still hadn’t started cooking my mess up order so I left. This place is a poor excuse for a business and I hope they get what’s coming to them, and go out of business.

I recently ordered a taco platter from this Mexican restaurant for a Secret Santa party at work, and I was very disappointed with the experience. When the food arrived, everything was spilled all over the box, making it impossible to serve.

I placed the order through their website and opted for delivery. When I called the restaurant to explain the situation, I spoke with the manager, who was unhelpful and rude. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed the delivery service and refused to issue a refund or send a new order. His suggestion was simply to contact the delivery company myself, which felt very dismissive.

As a result, we ended up ordering pizza from Domino's instead. This experience was frustrating, and I cannot recommend this restaurant based on their customer service. I won't be ordering from them again!

Ordered 4 taco carne asada no onions add lettuce. I was told I can’t have lettuce because there is no button on register to charge me🤯🫤 what?!?! 2 cashier & cook and can’t figure out a way to give me lettuce ☹️☹️ What happening to customer service??? Please make it make sense.!!!🤨🤨

Ordered 11/26 can't tell you the employees name but it was at 6:49pm and her customer service was terrible , and that fact that I had to wait to order and the place was empty .
A simple order was complicated 😕 I spent 60 bucks on terrible servi e and Okay food with no salsa.. it clearly states No Refund on receipt so stuck with the food. Will not be going back.

I'm too upset Zero stars I just bought a burrito of carne asada and pure rice and beans with no carne asada only the name I really would never recommend it is GARBAGE and lack of respect for the consumer horrible I would never recommend it to ANYONE it's not because of the price I have never only cared about the unfair
