Everyone here is so kind and has excellent service! The drinks are always amazing too! Erica in particular is always so kind, remembers me when I come in, and goes out of her way to make my day better! Cannot shout her praise enough! 🥰

Lost a couple of stars on atmosphere due to music being a bit too loud for a 1:1 meeting. If you're sitting alone, fine, 4 stars.

Ten dollars for the avocado bacon toast, and it looks like a toddler made it. Also, scantly egg and bacon not worth ten dollars which is an absurd price to ask for something so measly.

Sadly this location has went down hill in recent months. When I’ve went inside it doesn’t seem to be the cleanest (lobby or behind the counter), drinks are inconsistent and sometimes wrong like today. Signs are hand written vs typed or changed (ie: hours sign on drive thru window had receipt paper handwritten on saying they close at 5 vs 6pm). Staff isn’t a knowledgeable or as friendly as before, uniforms (aprons) aren’t clean or tattered/missing logo. I encourage stakeholders to visit randomly and evaluate, this is not the anthem brand I grew to know, started in downtown Puyallup. Sadly that location has vibe changes as well from years passed. Best location seems to be Sunrise medical campus. Side comment bring back pizzonies!!!

The baristas are friendly and helpful. However, $8 for a 16oz mild cold brew is crazy. I drink coffee everyday but their coffee gave me an upset stomach so probably won’t go back.

Great drinks, and the best staff ever! Friendly, all smiles, and good people. Best place to get coffee and hang!

I've used this space as a meet-up many times for work. Good service, clean tables (and bathroom) and coffee is always delicious. I just had an iced sugar free carmel and was delicious, not too sweet. Great selection of sugar-free options. I haven't tried the food yet, but looking at what others order, it's looks good enough to eat, and I will definitely try some soon

Why am I being asked for a tip in the drive thru? Is Anthem unable to pay their people enough that they need tips?1 star until they start paying their people enough that they don't have to ask for tips.

Baristas are super nice, and much better than me at remembering their customers. They've also got great taste, usually on a board with what they like. Great place :)

I love this place and the employees are wonderful. BUT……I couldn’t get the 2 free drinks with the $60 I put on a gift card this time. I was told you don’t do it anymore. REALLY? So disappointing. I buy one quite often and getting the free drinks is such a perk. You guys can’t afford it anymore? I’m sure you can. Please bring this perk back or you’ll have one less person buying them at all anymore. Thank you.
