The crew here is is something else to see, the manager floating and helping the crew. Susie running the bar, helping bust tasks down and conversating with customers, words of compliment/encouragement to the team as they roll. I had a drink in like 3 minutes. Food was very good. It's nice to be able to relax and eat without constant intrusion, the other local establishments just don't pull it off. I manage a business, and a few before it, this team is Killin it.

A Crazy Life
Applebees puyallup WA. We seldom eat here ever; we don't live anywhere near here. Just so happens one of the employees is a family member though this family member seated us; she was NOT our waiter. Thank GOD!!! Our atmosphere was ok. The food was yummy. But the service was so agonizing slow, I was about to LOOSE IT.! Our waitress came back several times and we finally had decided what we wanted and we got our orders in a acceptable timeframe. But once we were DONE was what made me grit my teerh. Our waitress cane by with our bill because for some reason the pay Kiosk on our table was not aquiring our table info/ bill. Then we made the horrible mistake in asking if they honor veterans with a military discount They DID/ DO but that meant she had to go run down the manager and have him authorize a discount. Kinda strange it took SO LONG because we SAW who we believe was probably we'd say the general manager and the manager walking around saying hello to dining customers and they were dressed in more business casual clothing rather than the applebees service attire. Anyways_ we MUSTVE waited for a good 1/2 hour_ 45 minutes for our bill to get changed and for the waitress to bring over a working pay Kiosk so we could pay our bill, take our leftovers _ oh thanks to wife said YES! we wanted a receipt even though she then say she could just have one emailed to us after paying with the working Kiosk. So when we finally got up and LEFT I was neer crying with impatience and wanting to GET_ GONE ALREADY. I can not recall many times in my life waitingTHAT long for the final phase of dining out.
