The food was great and our waitress was great. She was very bubbly. I tried to get her name without looking obvious so I could tell her manager.

Not sure what was going on or if we just came at a bad time but this place seemed pretty disorganized last night. My expectations are never really high at any Applebee's but last night was particularly bad. It wasn't our waitresses fault. I think she was doing the best she could but it wasn't good. Food was wildly mediocre but refills on drinks were hard to come by. It wasn't just us either. It was pretty much everyone around us.

Came in an hour before closing, but the bartender still sent back our wings when he saw they were overcooked (& comped our drink). Will for sure be back, amazing customer service & I love the blue raspberry lemon drop

Waitress forgot my husband's beer, it was his birthday. I had to go to the bar and get it myself. Ordered the same things around the table bourbon chicken and shrimp. She forgot our salads and the entree came before the salad. The manager saw I had to go get the beer and apologized for the bad service, but complained to me about all the problems the location had with service, and never did anything to rectify the bad service, other than bringing us the salads to go herself..

This place is amazing great food service ect. They even had like 6 people ask us how we're doing including the manager. Even there bathroom was clean and we'll taken care of. We were eating good in the neighborhood.

Been going to this Applebee's for many years. Food and pricing has actually improved from the past. We have our order wrong quite a few times I now believe it's because the music is so loud the server can't hear you very well. Laura and Kenneth were shift managers. Music helps the atmosphere I know but it's LOUD club music like were at a night club where people dance or something. Kinda irritating. It's about $80 for us to eat there. Good food when the order is correct. I recommend going there but I might ask the manager to take the cheesy music down a few decimals so I can talk with the family or communicate a correct order with the server.

Whoever answered the phone assumed they knew who they were speaking with, until they had to put me on hold and verify my ticket. The customer service over the phone is subpar. She never asked for identification or requested my ticket number; instead, she made an assumption about the caller's identity. Applebee's Graham location has exceptional servers, but the person who answered the phone did not demonstrate a satisfactory level of service. Hopefully, she was not having a chaotic day that affected her treatment of customers.
I enjoy visiting this location. The food is enjoyable and the atmosphere is pleasant. I typically sit in the bar, but if it's full a regular booth is comfortable, too.
There's sports on the TVs and the music inside is a comfortable volume that you can still converse without having to shout.
The staff is friendly and its always a pleasure when Susie is working in the bar. She's very welcoming and attentive and remembers us each time we visit.

Was sat in the very back of the section nearest the restrooms even when there were many tables empty closer to the front of the section. We weren’t offered to sit in the bar either. Server took a long time to finally greet us. Friendly, but not great at the job. The area around the table definitely smelled as if their sewage was backing up, completely off-putting when wanting to eat. Main course was ok, not something I would seek out to order again. The bill was dropped off before our sizzling caramel apple pie dessert made it to the table. We had specifically asked that the pecans be left off, which was repeated back to us. We paid the bill thinking the dessert would be out shortly, but we ended up waiting and waiting and waiting. It was finally dropped off in a “drive-by” fashion; I don’t think the server even paused to place the plate. We pushed it back to the edge of the table as it was covered in pecans. A server/bartender noticed and was informed of the issue and took the plate back. A corrected one was brought out, but it was missing the caramel. We finally gave up after a bite and left. Disappointing to say the least.
