My family and I came here on a Monday night. We were just getting back into town from a long 4 hour flight. None of us were up for cooking dinner. Therefore, we are agreed on Applebee's.
Upon arrival, we noticed there wasn’t wait time and restaurant wasn’t full. The hostess told us we can sit wherever we like on the left side of the restaurant. We choice a both and noticed right away it was freezing cold. I get it because it was a hot day.
Our waiter popped up and took our order right away. We were so hungry we ordered happy hour items and our main entrees at the same time. I guess that was a mistake because it took forever for our food to come out. We ordered 3 appetizers but only received 2. Just to begin eating and 5 minutes later the entrees were coming out. Meanwhile, I was done with my drink and wasn’t asked if I wanted a refill.
Our waitress did a horrible job and at times we felt as if we were bothering her. We tried to stop her to ask questions but she would tell us to give her a moment to go to another table to drop off food.
The food wasn’t good at all. I am writing this with an upset stomach now. I don’t recommend this place until they get new management.

This is a late review, but we came here on a Sunday, early afternoon, with my toddler and parents, so 5 total. It wasn’t very crowded, but service didn’t feel that way. My father ordered a glass of milk for his drink, which consisted of 70% ice. Ice in milk? We had no silverware when the apps were delivered, so we ended up flagging the lead person (we could tell because of their outfit) after 5 minutes of waiting for someone. Not to mention that they were just chatting away on the other side on the dining area. Two of us ordered steaks - one well done and one medium rare. When they were brought out, it was delivered with “well, I guess we will just have to guess which is which” - it didn’t matter because they were both well done. Didn’t check in on us for another 5 minutes after food was delivered, which wouldnt have been an issue if they would have brought my mother’s drink that she ordered in the first place. We should have caught it when food was delivered, so I guess that’s on us. Luckily we live just as close to another Applebees, which we still enjoy, so we will go there instead of here.

Pamela the night manager was rude we will not be coming back she was rude to 3 of are people in are party she literally argued with my girlfriend cause we just wanted to make sure we had the right food cause she handed it to us said the wrong type of wings then gave us snotty attitude when she said the wrong name then blamed us will be calling tomorrow to the day time manager 👍

The broccoli was frozen. I ordered this off of Uber eats frozen broccoli. I ordered a sundae. They gave me one half scoop of ice cream melted in a cup.
