Went there for a date with my husband after being together 11yrs and having a hard time. ALL the female servers spot on the male that sat us I wanted to smack aside the head as he sat us with bare table n chairs vs a booth... When the patrons are dressed elegantly not casually you don't set them away from the windows you put them in a booth view to increase the appeal of the place. Common sense in business but not for the average young man who definitely didn't have any desire to be there but had to pay something that was obvious as it stood.I normally wouldn't have this to say but it's the case. I Felt sorry for the franchise owner who had hired that young man as all the people in the booths looked like they rolled out of bed and into their cars. Yuck. When did casual turn into stains and missized clothing is beyond me but I still thank goodness everyday it's not clothing optional ?

Awful experience. Reminded me of why Applebees is always a last choice. Forgot to give me my impossible burger! They served me real meat and remembered afterwards. We got our apps 5 minutes before we left, over an hour wait for food, our party had gotten our food over the course of 30 minutes. 1 person gets something 15 minutes later next etc. terrible just terribleVegetarian options: They will give you real meat when you order an impossible burger. BEWARE!Dietary restrictions: Ensure you get the right order. They WILL mess up.

Usually we are going to the one by the mall, but this time decided to go to this one.Our chicken was kinda burnt. And I asked for peach tea, and I got peach lemonade. And the server refilled my cup, she did with just lemonade.It wasn’t that busy to say that the servers were overwhelmed with orders. But anyway they have to know what goes where.And there were some other things, but for sure next time we will go to the one by the mall.

Ordered right away, but food took forever. Did not come by with refills of drink. The Classic Combo was good. Especially the quesadillas. The waffle fries needed more cheese. Was asked 2x if we wanted more endless wings/fries but didn't bring them out. We were there for over 1.5 hours. When they finally brought out one small wing refill we asked for to go boxes paid and left.
