I paid with cash and our waitress gave me a chunky cheese token as change, and I didn’t notice until we left. I also didn’t get her name. I’m very confused as to why they even have these at their restaurant. It’s just the quarter, I still got back $3, but come on.

Update: I originally had a disappointing experience at this restaurant—the service wasn’t great, and there were some issues with our order and the bill. However, the manager Stacy personally reached out to me, and I really appreciated how kind, understanding, and proactive she was. She listened to my concerns, apologized sincerely, and even offered a few solutions to make things right. Her response completely changed how I felt about the situation. It’s clear she cares about her customers, and that makes a big difference. Thank you for being so kind I truly appreciate it!
Thoroughly enjoyed our supper. I add the fish and chips. Large portion of fish and it was great. Love the loaded waffle fries

We were ignored by our server, Sebastian. We had been seated for more than 5 mins before he arrived. He was more interested in the cars in the parking lot than our order. Ordered root beer and given Pepsi. When I kindly let him know, I was treated as if it was an inconvenience. Ordered the 2 for $25. The mozzarella stick appetizers were dry, not stringy, as if they had been sitting under the heat lamp. Main dish was the Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine. The chicken coating along the edges was inedible. The sauce on the noodles had been sitting so long that the noodles were clumped together. During this time, we didn't see our server at all. Not even to see how it was. The end of our visit. the server asked if we needed anything else, not asking how our meal was. He then reached over our food to retrieve the payment machine. The reasoning was so we didn't have to wait on him and went back to the kitchen.
