Customer service was off the chain! Floor manager was running and helping the crew while giving instructions with a calm tone to her seemed newer employees.
When an older couple was coming in the employee was running food outside, before he passed them he was aware enough to stop and come back and open and hold the door for them!
I got my food fairly quick and got the double beef n cheddar but after just 3 bites i had to get a fork and a wife because the buns disintegrated in my hands. Probably won't get that again. Maybe if they used a stronger bread or put it in like a hogie roll or like a sub.
Overall good experience and will definitely be back.

Honestly impressed. The location was super clean and the staff were very kind! Even better, the food was all hot and fresh. This easily beats out most major fast food locations. Will for sure be back!

Your entire evening staff needs to be replaced. I placed an order. Waited 20 minutes before requesting a refund and went somewhere who will actually give proper service. During my wait you have other customers waiting to order whom are being completely ignored. Your soda machine is dispensing warm bland soda. Your staff is very slow. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
For an Arby's, the food and service is way above any other we have gone to. This is our regular once a week place now.

Ordered a loaded Italian sandwich and went thru the drivthru just too be told they didn't have enough ingredients. Your advertising a special item this arbys needs better management or somthing All I got told was they may have the ingredients later that day.

Nearly a hidden gem in the vast amount of places to eat on Meridian, this particular Arby's is staffed by awesome folks who perpetuate am atmosphere of familiarity, small town diner, clean, simple, and real. Ill sit and eat here anytime.
