I haven't had Arby's in over a decade. I wished I didn't eat there now. The so called beef sandwich was made with low grade pressed lunch meat style beef product. The beef didnt taste of look like beef and the cheese wasnt cheese. There's a reason comedians make fun of Arbys.

Normally I rate the food a five because I’ve never had anything bad there until this visit. I received a coupon to try something new and it was almost meatless. Plenty of melted cheese and a pasty tiny meat pieces. Also the coupon was not accepted at this Arby’s due to contract with gas station. I understand that. I’ll try this again when we get to our local Arby’s just to see if it is normally a disappointment in taste,texture, and quality.

Went in tonight 5/26/2025 because the app showed a buy-one-get-one-free deal (online only), so I placed my order through the app. When I got to the window, the second sandwich was missing. The employee called over the manager, Maria, who was extremely rude and walked away while I was showing her the promotion on my phone. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be spending my money at this location again.
I was so disappointed with the food this time. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience here. We had 2 sandwiches and a medium soda and it was $24. The roast beef was very dry and just did not taste normal. I should have said something but I never like to complain. Neither one of us were able to finish because they were not good.

Whoever the manager was at 7:52 pm on 06/16 service suck like how do u confuse me asking for my food fresh cut in half smh then to argue with me on what I said is even crazier then knowing ur English isn’t clear so clearly u probably didn’t understand what I said like I’m passed pissed cause laughing in my face while doing the refund talking crap being provoking is even crazier yall so desperate for worker u guys starting to let these ppl come in and just be disrespectful well without the customers no business so keep up with that atitude don’t be none being in the service industry I’m highly disappointed won’t visit this location nomore I’ll stick to the one on pacific way better service that manager does not set a good example and should be careful how she talk to ppl and don’t rgue with customers like that really pissed me off
