I don't know how to explain it, but I'm always happy to go to this Auntie Anne's. All of the staff are so friendly and professional. The pretzels are fresh. The Coca-Cola is always perfectly carbonated. My personal favorite is the Parmesan jalapeno with honey mustard dipping sauce.

Placed a mobile order, got here 3 mins early and there was no other customer but only us. Was told they had time until 3 mins later so we can’t have the order. Came back 4 mins later, there was a line, finally our turn and was told there is a technical issue so they don’t have our pretzel. Had to wait for another 3 mins to get it. Don’t do a mobile order if you don’t mean it! We could wait but the person at the counter was extremely rude. Will not come here again.

Every time I pass by this place I get a greeting when it isn't too busy. Their food is always prepared fresh. This is why there can be a wait time, but it's well worth it. If something doesn't taste well, they're ready to replace a substitute with a fresher product.The staff is very friendly and like to offer suggestions on which dip goes best with different flavors of pretzels. I've been going to this place for many years and almost always have a pleasant experience.My favorite pretzel and dip combination is the cinnamon sugar pretzel with caramel dip. There's also the pretzel dog nuggets with hot salsa cheese. The pepperoni nuggets go well with marinara sauce. One new thing I had tried this year was the jalapeno prezel with cream cheese. Yum!Their frozen lemonades are refreshing especially when there's warm weather outside. Their pretzels are an anytime treat to snack on wherever I go.Best place to park to get here quicker in the South Hill Mall Entrance is the one in between Ulta and Target.
I was 9 months along when I visited. Even though it was almost closing time and they were out of the kind of pretzel I wanted, they prepared me a fresh batch and gave it to me for free, along with some of the other pretzels they had. Incredible hospitality and tasty fare.
