Service was definitely mediocre. Didn't offer bread, had to ask for it. My steaks didn't come out hot, I can tell because the fat in it was already starting to stiffen up and become solid. The salad wasn't fresh... starting to brown and wasn't crunchy. My child ordered a Mac and cheese kids meal, didn't get her dessert.

Well, 1st time in awhile that everything was just bleh, very noisy for a Thursday night, service was ok, but not what I'm used too at this location, I think they got my daughter and my order mixed up as far as doneness if her burger and my steak, but didn't complain, it was edible still. Server didn't run my rewards after I've asked to have it done, so no points or discounts if I had any were applied, heard others complaining to staff as well, I just don't usually complain, they know on how I tip, but prices are so high right now even a lower percentage tip is a decent tip. Anyway will still go back, probably just a fluke.

The fake butter inevitably makes me run for the bathroom. You have delicious house made salad dressings but you can't give me real butter?

We normally love coming here, but this evening when we went the ribeye and shrimp I ordered were very bland. It was extremely disappointing for how much it costs to have a good steak.

Went to Black Angus with a few veterans to enjoy a free meal. Meal was delicious and want to Thank all for a terrific evening!

My food wasn't as hot as should be expected, just luke warm. I ordered prime rib and crispy shrimp and they forgot the shrimp. The baked potato was barely warm enough to melt the toppings. The wedge salad was, however delicious. I was drinking water and the glass was empty for half my meal. I had added the Celebrations Package for an additional $20 and the cookie was basically just chocolate chip cookie crumbs and a little cup of ice cream. Wow, talk about over priced. The decor was dim but I could clearly see the dirt on the booth seating, yuk. The bathroom was pretty dirty with dust hanging off of the A/C vent in the ceiling and quite a bit of dirt has accumulated in the corners. This restaurant desperately needs to be revamped and cleaned. All in all, for the price paid, I probably wouldn't go back.

It is a ghost kitchen for black Angus steakhouse. Without them being busy they quoted 25-30 minutes for an order.

I thought the burgers were delicious and had sufficient toppings. They are definitely large and filling. I thought the seasoning was good on the burgers and cooked properly to my requested medium well. I will order from again.

Ordered 2 meals and they forgot the fries and onion rings. Chicken sandwich was rubbery, good crisp. No hot honey on my chicken sandwich that I ordered. Got 2 Rodeo burgers, cooked medium, perfect, I did like those. Will never order here again. Not worth the price for bad service.

Food is good. Buns are quality, ingredients are quality and fresh. They COULD be great. But unfortunately they never season their burgers. Absolutely 0 seasoning every time I order. If they just did that, even a simple salt/pepper/ garlic mix, they’d be one of the best burger joints around here.
Ordered through door dash it was still hot but fries were soggy , and both burgers were wrong

We sat at a 6-top in the bar area, as we were 6 adults. Seated immediately as we arrived with a reservation. Joe was our server and was super good! Beverages were good and food excellent.

I have never had a bad experience at Black Angus. Food is always delicious but the atmosphere could use a little updating.  The ceiling should be reupholstered, new carpet, and the lighting fixtures should be Replaced

We really usually enjoy this BA but this time the food was a little off which is definitely not the normal for this BA. The Bleu cheese and bacon baked potato was definitely not something I'll ever try again. It was way too bluey and I am a true bleu cheese lover. My filet mignon tasted off. Cooked as order but something was off taste wise . ( sorry but best way to describe) Servuce was great. We probably won't be back for awhile and let them reset.

We had kids and the service was super slow. we waiting 20 minutes so we could leave. the entire service was slow and waitress never waited for us to finish talking. my kids food got cold waiting for our food too And ketchup for there burgers. talked to manager and he did nothing, just said so you want the bill? Manager didn't ask any other questions and didn't help at all! I wish I could have just left without paying. The hosts was super kind and said sorry about your service. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I wasted my groupon coming here.
