We enjoy going to this restaurant. Gabriel is awesome, he is friendly and ensures our needs are met. The food is always cooked properly. The restaurant is clean and is very inviting. We get greeted with a smile and are usually seated promptly.

We went last night for dinner, ordered the camper fire for two and a child's sirloin steak off the kids menu. The appetizers are seriously lacking for this meal, so we chose the chicken strips. When they were brought to us they looked good, crispy as they should be a panko type breading. Problem was the chicken was so tough, you had a hard time cutting with a knife and tasted like oil nothing more, did I mention while eating one my husband found a long blonde hair it his piece moving into the main course of the meal. My husband and I just ordered the top sirloin, I got the rice pilaf and baked potatoes; hubby got French fries and something else I can't remember lol.. When waitress brought our plates, my sons was a good size, but wasn't sliced up whatever I just cut it (even though it says on kids menu sliced), my husbands what a good size, but then I get my plate... my steak looks big in my photo, but it was smaller then my sons kids size and smaller then my husband who again ordered same steak... I asked why it was so small and the waitress just stood there looking at me, finally said you know what you are right your sons kids is much larger than yours, I'll get manager and walked away. I was like ok whatever, I was just curious.. The steak was cooked right, but had no seasoning it was so bland, my husbands too... the rice pilaf I barely could swallow it tasted sour more like if you were to cook a couscous, if that makes sense, just not pilaf and did not taste good. The baked potato is good you can't really mess up a potato, however the butter and sour cream was such a thin layer, but after even mixing it and taking a couple of bites, the potato ended up super dry with nothing.. the manager did come over and agree that the steak was small and did compensate us and that's fine for me. It was just the all over experience..the plate for the price and the taste not worth it the fact that every single table around us got bread we were never served bread.. I finally asked ask another waiter about the bread (on my way back from bathroom) thinking that maybe they didn't offer bread that it was something that was bought to which I was told no, it should've been offered as soon as we sat down (like every single table around us)...We did finally get the bread, we took it to go with our dessert. The dessert we got the chocolate cake which we decided to take home because we were just over it by this point it ended up in the garbage it wasn't good. To be honest we didn't feel welcomed at all, the food was boring and no flavor, hairs in food, lack of service, the women's restroom is not clean I could go on.. I think we will stick with outback.

I give it a 1 star for our server, she was very apologetic. It was only Tuesday and they were out of the entrees we wanted to order. And when it came to ordering our dessert, we wanted mud pie and they were out of it too and the chocolate cake. It was very disappointing, we were celebrating a special day and what we got was food we didn't really come there for

The best burger I have had in years! I ordered The Lasso burger and it did not disappoint. Huge burger packed with lots of flavor! The fries are cut thick and delicious. When in Puyallup, I will make a point to order from here.

Steak was horrible. I asked for mine to be medium, I received a well cooked steak. When I mentioned this to my server, he took it and got a new one for me. The new one was the poorest cut of meat i have ever seen, worse than the "campfire feast" steaks. if this location over cooks your steak, it is better off to eat the well done good quality meat, than the worse cut of meat imaginable that they try to give you littered with fat. The side of salmon is also the smallest tail end of the fish too. VERY disappointed with this location. I also feel like my husband and I are very discriminated against. We are ALWAYS placed next to the kitchen or right infront of the area where people walk in and out. I don't want people watching me eat constantly!!! Never coming here again. The location in Federal Way is 100x better than this one in Puyallup.

Love going to this restaurant! My kids always enjoy celebrating there because the staff makes them feel so special. We always request Shantel as our server. She is great at recommending new foods and communicating on food times etc. we never have to worry about an empty glass either! Good atmosphere and great staff!

Every time my family goes to Black Angus we always talk about how nice and happy all the workers are. From the managers, hostess and servers. I haven't found a better steak in Puyallup. When it's just time and my wife we like to sit at the bar. The bartender that has been there for years is always good to us and is funny.

Best steak I've ever had. The wedge salad is beyond. The staff are super friendly and give great recommendations. The manager came to our table and thanked us for dining with them. Joe at the bar was great company. The restaurant was very clean.

This was horrible for dinner. We got the dinner for two and I got the NY Strip. BIG MISTAKE! It was loaded with fat not even rendered and it had a line of fat and gristle that made most of it inedible. The worst steak ever. The broccoli was cold and undercooked as well. The service was great but the meal was not so good. So not too sure a return visit is in the future.

I joined my family this evening at Black Angus for our yearly celebration of life for my deceased father. Black Angus was one of his favorite restaurants to take my family and I when I was growing up. My family and I always indulge in the campfire feast for two, the food was exceptional and well spaced between courses. Gabriel was our server and he was incredibly kind, his tone was very caring and he was so patient with my mother as she had a million questions to ask and of course she had to try and tell him every family story. We felt like family being there tonight and I know my father would of been so happy with our experience.

just had dinner with my boyfriend, & had gabriel as our server. he was AMAZING! we had to wait a bit for our table as expected on a saturday night, but the hostess was so nice, and we were sat not too long after. the service was top notch, as gabriel was on top of everything. the food was amazing as always as well. cant wait to come back & we hope to have gabriel as our server again.

Worst burger ever. Four of us got food. Horrible. Fries were ok but the quantity was very small. Place isn’t even as good as Burger King.
