Ordered a customized cake for wife's birthday several days in advance. My daughter helped choose the image and was super excited to give to her mom. They said they never received my order... Instead they made us buy a random plain birthday cake they had in their freezer. If that was the case, I would have purchased it from DQ. Customer service from the Management/Owner of this establishment was terrible! They could care less that they ruined this special occasion. I will never do business here again! They still charged me for the customized cake that I ordered so I will need to do a credit card charge back to get my money back. Stay away!!

My husband had ordered me a custom cake for my birthday party. He ordered and paid online. $80 later he went to pick it up and they did not have the cake. Despite having a confirmation number they said they never got the order. They told him to just pick a cake from their rack and they would refund the balance. I am so upset that I did not get my custom cake. Now we are stuck with some generic old cake that no one else wanted.
We should have gotten a refund and a free cake out of it.
Do not order a custom cake from here!!

I would’ve given them a 5 star review if the floor directly in front of the cashier wasn’t so dirty and littered with gummy bears and sprinkles. Couldn’t sweep it up real quick?

Birthday Cake review only:Ordered on-line. Cake design in person is MUCH better than pictured on-line. They have an amazing artist! We have ordered Birthday cakes from this location 2x and have never been disappointed!Our theme was St. Patrick's day...**I couldn't add a photo to this review, but if you look into their LATEST photo, you'll see it! :)

I could be wrong but I thought working with food and what not you have to wear a hairnet. I witnessed this employee with long hair put his whole head in the glass dangling his hair over the ice cream. I don’t have much interest eating hair with my ice cream but that’s just me. Management needs to do better or Baskin robins in general.

Just a heads up if you go here expecting to be able to sit and enjoy your ice cream, they have gotten rid of all the tables and chairs. There is also no public restroom anymore. We were told to go to Fred Meyer to use the restroom as Baskin Robins restroom is now "employees only". Not a very family friendly vibe since you basically are left with the options of walk around Fred Meyer eating your ice cream or deal with the mess of having a preschooler eat it in the car. Also, prices have gone up significantly and their kids dino sundae is almost 6 bucks. That's for a scoop, a cookie piece and some sprinkles.

Paying costumers can't use bathrooms!? Also please teach your employees to have some customer service. I shouldn't have tipped 25%!!

Went for a ice cream cake. 9" round cake ran me about $50. Seemed pricey but it was very tasty.Customer service was great. The 4 star is just due to the cost.

I went to get ice cream today to take home and I found 2 PIECES OF HAIR IN MY ICE CREAM it’s very disgusting that I found 2 pieces of hair, I didn’t even want to eat it anymore. DISGUSTING TRULY DISGUSTING !!!!
