Everyone but Kayden on 176 is great. Twice now she’s served me 24oz cup with maybe 19 or 20oz of actual drink in there. Like, you can you not feel the nowhere near full cup as you hand it to me? Also asked for extra chai and the half full drink tasted like hot oat milk, honestly don’t know why she’s still there I’m sorry everyone else is fantastic.

I have been going to bigfoot java since 2005 when we move to the area. This is not the location where I started going. I would always go to Pacific or other places going North because that's where I always used to work but I ended up coming to this location because it was. Very close to me there has been very many times that I stopped going to this location because of nasty attitudes and I started going back a few months ago Because all the main girls that would be so good to me and meant so much to put a smile on my face or not at the Graham location anymore. That was literally the best group of girls they had there. I would go further to that location because of the experience. Those girls were great. They always put a smile on my face or made me feel better because I have lots of health issues now but I have kept my loyalty with this company. And I went there today Try to fix a problem that I thought I had a result for bit ASHLEY Ended up coming when we were discussing what I was told yesterday and I was trying to explain to her to please read what they wrote back on my phone. But she had the nastiest attitude. Not even wanting To Look at my phone to see the reply i received? Her facial expression definitely changed, She looked down and then up at me and said "do you want me to help you or do you wanna get an attitude", as if she was my mother scolding me. So. Yes I might have gotten attitude in return only because they are talking giving answers without even giving me a chance without even looking at my phone to see what they responded on how to treat the cash. Point is I was denied to get my coffee and to load my cash on a gift card as they instructed me to do and I've had many issues. Before and this was the last straw sadly it's the closest to my house and I will never return back to this location again EVER. I am a good customer I go 5 tines a week n yes it gets spendy But with everything I have to deal through and all these healthy shoes. It puts a smile on my face as long as I had coffee and my nails. I would be a happy camper in life and not only did. I have a hard time but I had nasty attitudes about it. It's a beautiful day today and it shouldn't have to be brought down like this. I shouldn't be throwing my money at a company that has someone working n treating people poorly. Ashley has no idea what others go thru daily. I go there every time with a smile on my face because it's a good. I end up seeing those girls more than I do my husband sometimes because he works so much but I feel very defeated now SMH. It's just something so simple DO NOT EVER GO TO 176TH BIGFOOTJAVA. I shouldn't have to feel that I got scolded by my mother or as if I have to behave for her to help me I'm a. Grown adult older than her I just needed somebody to listen and observe what I was presenting to them but forget it
