My dad used to take me there as a kid. It’s not my first choice, but it’s usually pretty solid.

Used to stop by Bigfoot Java pretty regularly, and for the most part, the service was decent. But that all changed the day I rolled up and got told they would no longer make my coffee the way I like it. Two shots of espresso in a small cup, filled halfway with heavy cream. Simple. Instead of explaining things politely, the barista came at me with attitude. Ever since then, I have nothing good to say about that place. I tell everyone I know who drinks coffee to stay far away. Outdated brand, weak service, and now they’re telling paying customers how they have to drink their coffee. What a joke. What a scam. 👎☕❌

Awesome staff and excellent coffee and teas. Try the Huckleberry Lemonade it is a super thirst quencher for the summertime heat.

Bought 3 drinks total and one was for my grandson, an ice drink and the cup was completely full with ice. 16 oz. He only got a few drinks out of it and it was gone before we left the intersection. Had to go all the way around to go back and the girls there said the went by measurements and that there was nothing they could do. Said I should have asked for less ice. I go to the big foot by my house in Buckley all the time and NEVER do they put that much ice. Snotty girls. Never going back to this location. Thursday pm, 5/1/25

Pretty much the only place I get a drink from. This location out performs the others in the area. It tastes like maybe these ones are made with love.

We go to this location quite often, but lately it seems this location has had a lot of turnover and not enough training for the baristas. We went tonight and ordered a quad mocha and a Lavender/Vanilla London Fog Tea. The gal working looked at me and asked what a quad mocha was, once we told her it was a 4 shot mocha she was able to make it. I didn't check my drink until we had driven away and my tea was actually an iced mocha with Lavender. We turned around and went back and she apologized for making the wrong drink and I explained that a London fog is earl gray tea with milk, she used the iced tea that was pre-made and had me taste the drink. It was close enough for me, so we left. I thank her for being honest that she was new and didn't know how to make the drinks, but in my opinion she shouldn't be working by herself if she isn't fully trained in all the drink options you have. Please provide more training for your baristas, we love supporting Bigfoot Java and especially this location at 187th & Meridian.
