We go to this location quite often, but lately it seems this location has had a lot of turnover and not enough training for the baristas. We went tonight and ordered a quad mocha and a Lavender/Vanilla London Fog Tea. The gal working looked at me and asked what a quad mocha was, once we told her it was a 4 shot mocha she was able to make it. I didn't check my drink until we had driven away and my tea was actually an iced mocha with Lavender. We turned around and went back and she apologized for making the wrong drink and I explained that a London fog is earl gray tea with milk, she used the iced tea that was pre-made and had me taste the drink. It was close enough for me, so we left. I thank her for being honest that she was new and didn't know how to make the drinks, but in my opinion she shouldn't be working by herself if she isn't fully trained in all the drink options you have. Please provide more training for your baristas, we love supporting Bigfoot Java and especially this location at 187th & Meridian.

This is my first bad experience with Bigfoot Java, and it was very bad. I waited for 15 minutes in line, with only two cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window, there was no apology for the delay and the lady took my order then walked away from me (before I paid) to go help the person on the other side of the kiosk, WHO ARRIVED AFTER ME! This really upset me and told me that Bigfoot Java does not care about or respect their customer's time. Then, I was handed my drink and checked out by someone else. Again, no apology or anything. The staff seemed rude and abrupt and they forgot to give me the two pup cups that I ordered, which resulted in one of the dogs going after my drink. It was by far the worst experience I've had with a coffee stand. Its absolutely unacceptable that they cut the line and made me wait 15+ minutes so that they could serve someone who arrived after me. I don't want to go back to the Graham location again.

Kid-friendliness: They have such great drink options for kids, plus very friendly towards children and your fur babies.
Love the Mythical Moca. Have tried a few other drinks, which have also been amazing, but I always come back to this one.

I specifically asked for as little foam as possible and the girl gave me half a cup of coffee and half a cup of foam. I tipped her 2 dollars for a coffee that pissed me off. Thanks alot I won't ever stop here again because I literally never treat myself can't afford too and am not going to waste my hard earned money. So disappointed

I used to come to this Bigfoot location daily on my way to work. It was always a great start to my day to chat with the baristas ! They are so friendly and made me feel special when they would remember my drink order. My normal drink was always perfect and I tried some of their monthly drinks as well which were also good. I also love their monthly stickers and was collecting them for at least a year. I miss going here, but my location has changed.
