We just had the most wonderful time hanging at BJ’s. Not only was the food great, Angela our server never made us feel rushed or neglected. She was awesome!!

We had Angela and she was amazing. She was funny, knowledge about menu and checked on us often. Hope to get her again. The bbq chicken pizza was totally awesome. QST time having that one. Now our fav.

Food and service were solid, but the atmosphere is an absolute disaster. On a Friday night, BJ’s feels less like a restaurant and more like a high school cafeteria gone feral. Groups of teenagers take over multiple 6-tops and even 14-person tables, order one appetizer and a single pizookie to split, then camp out for hours. The noise is obnoxious, the behavior is annoying, and the entire dining room suffers because of it. I honestly felt bad for the waitstaff, who are forced to babysit kids instead of serving actual paying customers it’s a financial loss for them and completely unfair. This shouldn’t be happening during peak dinner hours. Parents in the Puyallup community need to do better, and management needs to stop allowing the restaurant to turn into an unsupervised teen hangout on busy nights. If you’re an adult hoping for a decent dinner experience, don’t come here on a Friday. You’ll regret it.

Came in 1/24/2026 late afternoon and sat in the bar area. Expecting to watch basketball at 5, I was subject to watching an hours worth of KIRO's coverage of ICE shootings after I requested a change in TV to something more conducive to taking one's mind off of our collective national struggles. I asked to have the channel changed from the moment we came in, our super great waitress made it happen. Food and service good. To management, what kind of a bar/restaurant do you want your identity to be?

This is the second time we've been here in a month. The service was good and we really liked our waiter. They seemed to be a little short staffed. They could have used one more waiter. My food was just warm, which I discovered the last time we were there too. We've been coming here for several years and this is the first time I've felt the food hasn't been as good.

Waited 30 minutes after reservation time. They did explain the table we were to use was still Occupied by another party.
