BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Big thanks to BJs for accommodating my large reservation plus a few more than showed up. Everything went exceptionally well, our server as well as the supporting staff was awesome, and I highly recommend them. Thanks again

The seating Hostess was obviously untrained, never made eye contact never acknowledged us when we were introduced to her by the reservation hostess, while we were a few feet from us, yet when a friend walked up she greeted him with smiles and conversation. She sat us an older couple next to young families with small children who were screaming and yelling and throwing food. No people skills at all she treated every other person of non-color the same way yet people of color were treated as old friends! We went to sit at the bar where we had a nice meal and great service. Put her in the kitchen away from customers!

I get so excited when I know it's my birthday because I get to go to BJ's restaurant my favorite restaurant wonderful service love the atmosphere and of course the food is amazing! Our server was very patient and kind! Thank thank you BJ for another wonderful birthday!! Cheers!

When we arrived we were seated in less than 5 minutes the server was very friendly took our drink order and appetizer once the drinks arrived the server took our dinner order appetizers showed up very timely and drinks were refilled by the time we finished our appetizers our dinner showed up and drinks were refilled over all it was a very pleasant experience

Kyle B. Is the most amazing server! He made such an effort to make our experience great! We weren’t expecting a birthday dessert and he made sure to bring it out with a candle and the food was so amazing! My son Kookie is special needs and is trying to be more outgoing and Kyle made him feel like a friend. As a server myself I understand how hard it can be around the holidays dealing with a busy restaurant but his service was amazing! Kyle, you rock and we will be back to see u and the pzookies! lol

This place is really bad about not greeting people at the pick up area... Employees are often in the back or doing other things...
It's not uncommon to sit & wait for extended periods until someone realizes you are standing there...
Quite a few times with the order just sitting on the shelf getting cold...

If staffing is an issue maybe place a bell or something, but just leaving people in the dark isn't right

We came here with a party of 8. The seating is great, and the gentleman Connor was very friendly. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to me ordering the jambalaya. I asked if they could make it so it wasn't spicy. Connor said yes, but when he brought it, I could smell the spicy. He said it would be fine he had them hold some of the spice. I took one bite, and my mouth was on fire! So if you like spicy, I would recommend that dish. If you are like me and can't handle it, do not trust that they can make it not spicy.

Chicken on Chicken sandwich was dry and stringy the bacon burger was burned the fish was falling apart before you could eat only good thing was the pizza.
