Seem to be going the wrong direction as our last dinner several months ago was almost as bad. Was hoping it was a fluke, but this dinner was terrible. Server was prompt when we arrived, drinks delivered quickly, and it went off the rails from there. Appetizer (buffalo chicken tenders) was cold. Server never came back, so I got our waters from the bar. Husband's rib eye looked dollar store quality. The mac n cheese with my meal was cold; however, I wanted au gratin potatoes that ended up having no flavor. Black Angus ended up comping the meal which was nice, but we were hoping for a nicer meal without our kids, and unfortunately that didn't happen. We won't be back.
Most of our steaks were more fat than actual meat. Very disappointing and the worse we have ever had there!!
Every Black Angus restaurant knocks it out of the park! You can't go wrong with treating yourself there.
The Staff was very helpful and attentive all night. We were late arriving to a Birthday celebration due to backed up freeway traffic (accident). They rescheduled our dinner appointment and began immediate service when arrived. Thankful for the wonderful hospitality.
Our gathering ended up with nine family members and we had a great meal together. The food and drinks were excellent as usual.
The food was wonderful and the service couldn't have been better. It was a very pleasant dining experience and I highly recommend the Puyallup Black Angus! Mary was our server and she was very attentive. It didn't take long for the food to arrive and we all enjoyed our meal.
I have been several times it's always been good this time there was a problem The food was Cooked OK but the seasoning was terrible Had better Service was OK but waiter kept trying to remove my dishes before I was finished Also my son's steak with Mostly just fat And unseasoned to
good food there were a few forgotten items by the server but we were a large party I thought the should have put an additional server to help her but other than that she was super nice and helpful
We were celebrating our 62nd wedding anniversary and everything went well. Nice quiet evening and our waiter did a wonderful job. So, he was given an extra tip. The only negative item was my wife thought her steak knife was too dull and let it be known. Bottom line it was a good night, and we'll be back again. However, not as often because we're getting too old.
Service was definitely mediocre. Didn't offer bread, had to ask for it. My steaks didn't come out hot, I can tell because the fat in it was already starting to stiffen up and become solid. The salad wasn't fresh... starting to brown and wasn't crunchy. My child ordered a Mac and cheese kids meal, didn't get her dessert.

The fake butter inevitably makes me run for the bathroom. You have delicious house made salad dressings but you can't give me real butter?
We normally love coming here, but this evening when we went the ribeye and shrimp I ordered were very bland. It was extremely disappointing for how much it costs to have a good steak.
The crew hit on all cylinders tonight. The NY strip was the best cut, tender, flavorful, and cooked to my preference. The side wedge salad, bread, and loaded potato were excellent too!
We were celebrating our anniversary. Had a coupon from Groupon for the Campfire Feast. What a delicious meal that was. Everything perfectly prepared. When dessert came we had ordered the carrot cake (devine!) in addition our server brought a Cowboy Cookie with 2 candles in the ice cream. How awesome is that. Really made us feel special. We will definitely be back!
Food was delicious and Joe did a great job with our group of 6 people!
