Took my mom out to eat here last night. Nice friendly atmosphere and staff.
A little disappointed that there wasn't any boudin on the menu, however the hushpuppies and crayfish ettouffee were phenomenal.
This place has fabulous food and drinks. I love that we have a place like this in our neighborhood.
Wonderful experience yesterday taking my dad who lived in NOLA for 6 years. He loved the crayfish etoufee. The rest of table was pleased with real blackened chicken salad, blackened catfish and rice, and kids burger. Best fries I've had in a long time.

Based on the reviews, Bourbon Street Creole Kitchen & Bar is the place for those who love this type of food. The food is amazing and the service is good. The hush puppies are so good with the perfect texture. The sazarac cocktail is one of the best. The grits are the best ever, so good it made a chef giggle with happiness. The shrimp poboy is so good. This is hands down the best southern food and vibe in Wa. The service is second to none. The servers are awesome, fast, efficient, friendly, and a wonderful team that makes the experience memorable. The food is great, if a bit pricey, but the service is worth coming back for. Every time a visitor comes to Puyallup, this is a mandatory stop. Try it and see for yourself.
