BWW used to be a good place for wings. But no more. I ordered 10 wings, 5 with a wet sauce and 5 with a dry rub. And I ordered a side order of fries. The order came up very quickly. However the wings were terrible. Possibly the worst wings I've ever eaten. All 10 were so overcooked they were dry and tough. They were almost inedible. On the upside, the fries were good. When I put my own order in I ordered 6 wings to take home to my wife. She said they were the same. She wasn't as hungry as I was so she ate one and threw the rest away.
Service was friendly and prompt. She did everything she could do to make my meal enjoyable. Unfortunately there was nothing she could do.
The restaurant was not busy at all. But the music was so loud I could barely talk and hear my server. I received a phone call and couldn't hear the caller.
Very disappointing. I won't be back to Buffalo Wild Wings. And I suggest everyone find a different place for wings.

I don’t get the hate here. But it’s worth going. They have brand new menus and there’s some good deals. I don’t particularly like the fries but the wings are solid and the burgers are great. I do wish their Parmesan garlic was a dry rub like Wingstop though. We will definitely come again!

Getting your order taken and paying for your meal was slow. Food was ok, wings were small and cooked longer than usual. Dirty!
I went in when football was on maybe that was a bad idea. It was very loud to begin with. The service was another very disappointing thing. I understand it being busy and servers having a lot of tables. But the waitress was very inattentive. I had to ask for my check from the hostess who then had to get my waitress. I waited over 10 min for the check to come. I did order the bottomless appetizers that was a nice thing, but that took FOREVER to come out as well. I order onion rings, two set of mozzarella sticks, and the queso not sure if it was supposed to be hot, but it was Luke warm not sure if it sat on the counter or what was going on but that was a disappointment in itself. I don't think I will be coming back just because of the service as well as the food and how long it took to come out. I was there for at least 2 hours. The kids menu was very basic nothing for kids to do no coloring menu no nothing that was also a disappointment. Waitress didn't ask if we needed a box or anything either. I still have a tip even though I didn't think it was deserved.

The food was good and cooked just right crispy wings and flavorful. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. It wasn’t too busy when I went, so the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Also, the beer selection was solid and everything was served nice and cold. Definitely a good spot to unwind and enjoy some wings and drinks.

I dont know what happened here-last 3 years ive went atleast 5 times hoping for a better experience- but to no avail. wings are almost always cold after waiting nearly an hour for them. The wait staff rushes you out and takes forever! (Both with a crowd and not crowded at all) waited 35 minutes for our drink order.

Ordered the typical chicken wings and tenders with my girlfriend and some fries. Waited over an hour to get them on a not so busy evening. The food came out room temperature at best and the fries tasted like they were reheated. This place has gone downhill real quick. Server wanted to make it right and told him it’s good as we were almost done with the chicken portion. So, will not return to this place. Wing stop does better at this point. At $54 for two people.

Recently renovated with new tables, booths, new TVs, and interior decorations, but it's still the same food and thinly spread service. Service was slow to greet us, but friendly and helpful, but there were only a couple servers working the entire dining room area. The new tables and booths were comfortable and wall decorations were a fresh and welcomed change. Unfortunately, at it's core is the same trash quality food at even more unreasonable prices. Overly breaded boneless wings, and laughably minuscule traditional wings in which everything was overcooked. -2 stars for the crap quality of food, -1 stars for the stretched thin service. Also of laughable note, their to-go containers are now cheap thin plastic containers that don't stay closed. I question whether or nor the containers are reheatable for fear of melting in the microwave.

We came during game 7 of the NBA finals (rip my boy HALIBURTON) so it was packed out for the game but that made an incredible atmosphere. The service did take very long but they were low on staff but they were doing their best. Shout-out Havanna (our waitress) for being an amazing vibe and engaging with our goofiness. She's incredible and has a great personality and vibe!
