Staff was super rude and dismissive and looked at us like we were a nuisance for being there. We didn’t even wanna eat anymore so we ended up leaving. If you wanna make money and keep the location going you should probably be more respectful to your guests.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings due to the poor service provided by our waiter, Robert. This was the second time we had encountered him, and unfortunately, his behavior was just as rude and passive-aggressive as before. Despite our efforts to be polite and respectful, Robert seemed to ignore our table and was dismissive towards us.What made our experience even more frustrating was that Robert appeared to be friendly and attentive to other tables, but showed a blatant disregard for our needs. Additionally, he completely ignored our request for water, which is a basic expectation when dining out.It is disheartening to receive such disrespectful treatment, especially when we had done nothing to provoke it. I hope that the management at Buffalo Wild Wings addresses this issue promptly and takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. This type of behavior from a waiter is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any establishment.Parking: Plenty of parking!

A great place for wings. Music can be a bit loud and TVs EVERYWHERE but thats expected of BWW . Perfect for those looking for a sports bar vibe.

Our order was incorrect, i did not get all of my condiments/ sides with my order . My order was all over the place . We were brought a extra burger to our table by a different server twice once a lady and the second time a young man and both times we rejected it since we had already received our order , although i rejected the second one the server insisted and said it would be free since it was a mistake/misunderstanding on their part. Our original server came to the table and asked if we were going to pay for that extra burger just brought out to us , i explained to her what had just happened and that we were just as confused as she was and she said either way she would have to charge it even though the server who brought that to me assured me it wouldn’t be charged. So my original server very RUDELY took the extra burger . I was with my husband and kids when this happened, i feel that was very disrespectful and out of line as i did not want to accept it in the first place.This was totally unnecessary from her part . Very unprofessional of her to do something like that in front of my family , we didn’t even finish eating because of how disturbing the situation was . Honestly i am surprised as i have came here in the past and have never had any issues of this sort . Not satisfied with the way i was treated by my server , how can some one be given something for free then here comes my waiter and rudely takes it away . What a joke . Not to mention no one has called me at all to follow up with the incident .

Went recently during lunch time, Our server Cousin was great, and was always checking up on us. Great customer service. The best location I’ve been to and they gave us exactly what we asked for.

Food was good. Service definitely lacking. This BDubs used to be great. We were a party of 3, sat at the bar. We never were asked if we wanted another round,, aside from the initial. Again….sitting at the bar. One of party just drank her water the entire time because the server never asked her if she wanted anything else…….AT THE BAR. again reiterating, we sat at the bar. I guess the water we asked for was sufficient as far as the bartender was concerned. So service pretty much non existent. And it was not busy. At all on a Sat evening. Super disappointed in the service.
