I no longer use the drive-thru because they kept messing up and shorting me on my order. But now that I go inside I am able to check my order without being ignored when they make a mistake and get it fixed without someone treating like it am lying.

UPDATED NEW VISIT ON NOVEMBER 24th at about 7:30 in the evening, went through the drive thru and was using the app to get a free fry. It took forever to get to the window and the guy at the window was absolutely rude and wouldn’t let me change my my meal to the small as well as would not let me use the coupon for my free fry he said he don’t have time for all this. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Your way! What a lie I won’t be back again after that. MY PREVIOUS REVIEW… looks like nothing has changed. The worst hamburger ever. The bun was stale and hard as a rock. I had to throw it away. Yuck! I will not recommend or eat here again.

I've stopped several times in the last 3 years or so, and the burgers I've ordered have always been excellent! I've stopped at 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. The Texas Whopper I ordered really did look like the picture in the ad! Tastes great and looks well made, and wrapped nicely. Employees are always friendly. 👍
Very rude people working here . Teach your employees how to talk to customers . Long wait times for breakfast , this is supposed to be fast food !!! This used to be my on the go food place but as of 11/5/25 10.00am I’m done with this place

Employees arguing on weather a burger can be unwrapped without gloves on. White male claimed he could and was told otherwise he could cause he's the manager. I think the lady employee was calling him out and he didnt like it. As a customer I would want employees to wear gloves. This was 9/15 at about 6:30. I got no ranch with my drive thru order so I had to go in and ask, was told they didnt have any so I got ketchup. Keep this in mind: What the customer sees is what the customer knows.
