Lady taking orders Thursday 7/24/25 am about 9am is awesome. Only good thing to say today. French toast sticks used to be puffy today they almost flat like a pancake. Ham croissant wasn't very good. Croissant not fluffy and looked like it was smashed flat, their Heinz mayonnaise is not good at all. Tastes horrible. They need to go to Kraft or Best Foods. Lastly, not one napkin in my bag. Are we supposed to ask for them? This particular Burger King has gone down hill.

Typical fast food chain. Service has been good and quick. Whenever I’m in the area to visit my cousin and family. I will treat out my nieces and nephew to BK. The restaurant is clean and bright. I’ve had only one issue when I ordered via drive thru. I ordered chicken nuggets and was given the jalapeño poppers in error. They corrected this error and ok’d for me to keep the poppers.

River road Burger King is horrible. My kid and mom went there yesterday and my son’s iPad went missing thinking someone stole it and left. No not the case one of the employees did. Then tried denying it after I tracked it and called the cops. It magically appeared in the managers office. My son is 5 years old horrible to steal from a kid.
