Gets a 3 because the burger was dry even all the condiments and cheese didn't help at all that's how dry it was but the honey mustard wrap was good it's more like a quick bite type of item, the fries are always what they are good when they are hot ok warm and alright room temp or cold, the chicken fries were good its like being in school all over again, and the drink I had which was hi-c was refreshing as any fast food drink should be. Wasn't a long wait and the person that was taking the order was cool no problems at all.

Recently ordered the fish sandwich and onion rings. The sandwich was the most disgusting fish sandwich I’ve ever attempted to eat. It was cold, rubbery and tasted like it had been sitting out for possibly days. I will not order that again. Onion rings were also cold and rubbery. Plus their pricing is out of control. For the amount I spent I would expect far greater quality of food.

Dining room is closed at 8:30 pm on a Wednesday when it is posted to be open until 10 pm. Really? I was looking for a place to sit and eat of what has become an overpriced luxury. Fries were barely warm when I got home just 2 miles away and the burger was just as cold. Almost $18 for a combo meal for 1.

Yesterday, I was in Puyallup about 4pm and decided to get Burger King while on River Road. Wasn't sure what item to get and wanted to peruse the menu.The menu board closer to the building had most of the bulbs burned out and cracked glass. The order taker kept asking for an order even though I explained I wasn't sure what to get. She made no attempt to suggest something (burger, chix, fries, type of drink).At the 2nd window, I spoke with the manager. She informed me that BOTH drive up menu boards have been broken for 3 months. So no one can really read it unless they physically come inside or order food delivery.I did NOT purchase from the River Road BK restaurant.Getting hungry on my drive home... and decided to swing into the Tacoma 38th St BK. Night and day difference. Drive up menus in perfect condition. Super cheerful employee taking payment and handing food out.

We stopped here for a quick bite to eat. My husband accidentally left his license, fell out of his pocket in the booth we sat in. The staff there were amazing. we came back after we figured out we lost it, and they had it in the safe.
