I ordered the new pickle whopper. It was so gross, tasted like it had been sitting in the bin for a long time. Chicken nuggets were burnt. Onion rings were burnt. Such icky service also. Don't eat at this location. Meridian in Puyallup.

This is the 2nd time this week I've been into this location and haven't even been able to get my order taken after 10 minutes and have had to leave as I only get a 30 min lunch break and it's only Tuesday!!! Went through the drive thru at around 7:20 this morning. Drive thru attendant had the back of his pants down below his backside.. so unprofessional looking, and a health code violation if I’m correct

After experiencing inconsistencies in meals at the BK closest to me, I decided to drive over to this location- wish I had not!!!!!!
They served me a burnt bitter burger today. I called in and spoke to male manager about it and also requested a refund for the burger ONLY. The male manager who was on duty did not possess good customer service skills at all. He was unapologetic about the mishap and didn't seem to care much that a customer had gotten a bad meal. He told me I needed to come back to the location for a refund, I was driving and I was about 12 mins away from that restaurant and asked if I could take it to another BK closer to my home. He told me I needed to return to his store for the refund- I found out later from Google I could have taken the burger to any BK and be refunded. Anyhow, I went to the restaurant and got refunded- the lady who helped me was pleasant. While I was not happy about the burnt burger what really upset me more was the manager's attitude.
I am DONE eating from Burger King as of today. If it's not one issue, it's another. In the last month or so, in 3 different locations I have had bad experiences. I have gotten cold fries, burger with missing ingredient, seen employers taking orders at the window in dirty clothes and others looking very unkept. I really LIKED BK but they obviously don't like their customers as much so that's that! ✌️

These two fine gentlemen went above and beyond with their service. The gentleman sitting down with the lady assisted a young girl with the soda machine, showing her a fun interaction installed in it to assist young children who can't reach. And the gentleman standing up has an amazing attitude with a big smile on his face when he serves you.

The person didn't know the menu. I don't like how it's all over the place so you can't see everything they have at once. The few spaces that they have for dine in should be clean but they weren't. Maybe not enough employees to manage the flow. They were better before the remodel.

This place used to be great. Now they seem to never get an order right. If someone says no tomato or ketchup due to an allergy, you should absolutely take that serious. Not as extra tomato and a glob of ketchup. Please retrain your employees to take food allergies seriously.
