I mostly use the drive thru. Sometimes slow but my food has always been hot when I get it

I want to express my concern regarding a recent visit to the Burger King location on 17524 Meridian East..
When we arrived, there appeared to be only one employee working. We ordered two cheeseburger meals, and the total cost was over thirty dollars. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing.
Both burgers and fries were cold upon receiving them. When we arrived home, we attempted to reheat the fries in the air fryer and discovered that both large fry containers were only about half full. The portions were clearly small fry amounts placed into large fry containers.
The burgers were also cold, and the meat tasted old. Even after reheating, the quality did not improve. The food was unappetizing, and we were unable to enjoy our meals. At this point, I am genuinely concerned about the possibility of getting food poisoning.
For the price paid, the experience was unacceptable. The food quality, portion size, and overall service did not meet basic standards. “Have it your way” did not reflect this experience in any sense.
I hope this issue is addressed, as customers should not be served food of this quality, especially at full price.

My experience at this Burger King was uncomfortable. Everything seemed overly monitored by employees, which made it hard to relax as a customer. The constant observation felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.
The restroom and soda machine were locked, adding to the feeling of restriction rather than convenience. Overall, the environment didn’t feel customer-friendly, and the excessive supervision took away from what should have been a simple, casual visit.

We won’t be going here anymore the food was cold the fry’s were cold and hard and on time of that the lady couldn’t understand how to use the Cash register, I don’t no if the guy was the manager or supervisor but he was kinda rude to her for not knowing how to use it and was talking about her in front of us but also she didn’t look like she was trying to learn… even tho we orders are food online we still waited for cold food… I try to be patient when it comes to fast food ordering because I no it can be hard when it’s busy or understaffed

Yesterday I came in. And they were out of biscuits mid breakfast. Today I come in again. And they are out of hashbrowns and croissants. There is no point in even attempting to get breakfast here.

I use the drive through. Best fast food burger is the Whopper Jr.

At 10:30am they claim not to have soda or chocolate milk! Ordered two meals; the sandwiches were cold and they didn't give us any hashbrowns! Also, they claim to have ran out of receipts! Tried to call the store and keep getting a busy signal. Please do better!

I ordered food for my family had it delivered well only part of it came and none of the drinks when I called they offered me PART of the money back which I reluctantly agreed to as I figured at least id get some of my money back but then they sent it back to me in two different offers on my account so if get so much off two different online orders which id still have to pay all fees etc to use which would cost me more money at their business. I asked if they took all my money at once why couldn't they give it all back to me at once they said their system wouldn't allow it. Not sure why they could not just refund my money back. Or at least give me a new order if what I originally ordered to begin with. Now as far as I'm concerned they can keep their offer I'll no longer go there. My family's dinner was ruined and I spent way too much time trying to get them to make it right. When in the end they just made it where is have to spend more money with them. Sad. They lost good customers by being greedy and unhelpful.

Staff needs to improve training this store we walked into. We couldn't really sit at the tables because they were dirty. We did our order and it was wrong and they got irate. They yelled at my brother.
And when we went up there to tell them about the situation. They got mad.
Fast food restaurants these days are not the same attitudes and they're very rude.
What the worker did was uncalled for. I know working at a restaurant. Sometimes it's challenging, but just because you're trying to explain to them that it's the wrong order. It doesn't give them the right to be upset at you. You're the customer
If you do not like your job then don't work there just saying.

Meal was cold. Fries were cold as soon as we got them. Hamburgers cold too. Not worth the money for a cold meal
