I ordered food for my family had it delivered well only part of it came and none of the drinks when I called they offered me PART of the money back which I reluctantly agreed to as I figured at least id get some of my money back but then they sent it back to me in two different offers on my account so if get so much off two different online orders which id still have to pay all fees etc to use which would cost me more money at their business. I asked if they took all my money at once why couldn't they give it all back to me at once they said their system wouldn't allow it. Not sure why they could not just refund my money back. Or at least give me a new order if what I originally ordered to begin with. Now as far as I'm concerned they can keep their offer I'll no longer go there. My family's dinner was ruined and I spent way too much time trying to get them to make it right. When in the end they just made it where is have to spend more money with them. Sad. They lost good customers by being greedy and unhelpful.

Staff needs to improve training this store we walked into. We couldn't really sit at the tables because they were dirty. We did our order and it was wrong and they got irate. They yelled at my brother.
And when we went up there to tell them about the situation. They got mad.
Fast food restaurants these days are not the same attitudes and they're very rude.
What the worker did was uncalled for. I know working at a restaurant. Sometimes it's challenging, but just because you're trying to explain to them that it's the wrong order. It doesn't give them the right to be upset at you. You're the customer
If you do not like your job then don't work there just saying.

Meal was cold. Fries were cold as soon as we got them. Hamburgers cold too. Not worth the money for a cold meal

Not friendly at all, charged me for the correct food but gave me all incorrect food.
Entire staff was so rude and was not even busy!!!! I wanted to use the restroom before I ordered. It took them 10 mins before they gave me the code. There was 2 people on fron me and seems like they been there awhile waiting on theire orders.

Worst Burger King! Sat at the drive thru that took forever! There were 2 of us there! No one answered the call box! Ended up leaving! This was 8:00 pm!! This is not the only time! Uggh! Terrible service always! Do better!! Was hoping this one time the service would be good! Nope! Always end up going all the way to Canyon!

This BK is usually really good. Generous fries, orders are rarely wrong, and service is pretty prompt.
Waited inline 20$, left before i even order, would've taken less time to go to a different burger king then to wait.
Manager is power tripping and has a superiority complex.
Just go to mcdeez across the street.

I got my food delivered so I don’t know how the restaurant is, but the food was decent! It was only warm, not hot, that would be my only concern. Otherwise it tasted good.
I will say, it was also a little pricey surprisingly. Almost $24 for just the burger and onion rings.

Long waits every time. Food is cold. Always forget items in your order. Won’t be back.
I go to this one often because it's near where I work. The service is always fast and the food is always what it's supposed to be. If you like Burger King, this is definitely a good location
Old under cooked fries and cookies at least a couple days old.
