PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Where do I start? Odd atmosphere (trying to be polite). Ordered the garlic bread and added the “baked mozzarella” and a side house salad with ranch. As soon as I put the ranch on my salad I could tell this was going to be a horrible experience. The ranch looked completely suspicious, like maybe out dated. Had a strange taste. I also orders the chicken parm with no red sauce/ white sauce only on fettuccini noodles. When this came out I was given a side of fettuccini noodles with the most disgusting white sauce you have ever tasted! Then all the sudden I receive my chicken, smothered in red sauce with a bit of cheese on top. This was literally 3 frozen chicken tenders trying to be disguised in a bunch of red sauce in which I did not want. Please don’t give this establishment your hard earned money. This is completely ridiculous and I could honestly tell you this was NOT Italian food. I don’t believe they know anything about salt, pepper, garlic, oregano ect. This food was 💯 frozen Safeway select at best!

0 stars. This was my first visit to Casa Mia, I have been wanting to try it for a while.. Well.... I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, it was lukewarm and the most tasteless meal I have had in a long time. Highly disappointed...

Worst lasagna ive ever had. Bread and salad was ok, but nothing special about either one. But good lord getting the taste of whatever beef they used in that lasagna wasnt easy. The sauce tastes like a can and I dont think any seasoning was in the room when it was made.

Dinner at Casa Mia in downtown Puyallup tonight with family. I have been wanting to eat at this Italian restaurant for awhile now. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was great. The food was delicious and good size portions. Will definitely visit again!

It's an Italian restaurant with an all Spanish speaking crew. The food was just okay bordering on meh. We had a strange pizza that was very expensive $27 for a large and it had no meat on it! It was a hash brown pizza with a white sauce that had a very off putting taste. I also had a house salad and it was expensive $7.50 for a side salad that had only lettuce a bit of mozerella and a few slices of black olives; I asked for tomatoes and I got the equivalent of one slice of tomato and they up charged me $2.50 for the tomatoes! So $10 for a salad that came on a plate that was the size of about 1/4 of a dinner plate. My husband got iced tea and it was terrible, but he was able to drown out the taste with lemon and sugar because they don't have Splenda. The service was fine and the server was nice and did a good job. The restaurant was too dark and not welcoming in any way. The ladies room was clean but it's just a bit bigger than the restroom on an airplane. I don't know that I'll go back because it was quite expensive and nothing to write home about as in nothing remotely special stood out.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but this was pretty bad.
Shockingly flavorless, disappointing food. I should have just made it at home.
The Alfredo sauce had zero seasoning that I could tell. Straight cream sauce. Did it even have salt?
Red sauce tastes and looks like it was made from tomato paste. So terribly acidic too. The sauce that came on the side of cheesy bread and what was on meatballs tasted totally different. Both weren't good. One had no seasoning, the other an overpowering amount of oregano.
So annoyed I wasted money on this.
When I walked in there were two men working behind the counter that scowled at me, never said a word, and I just stood there till a waitress who was not in a good mood greeted me.
Definitely don't recommend. This place has really gone downhill.

Got the specialty chicken Porro and o man did it taste good. I took the rest home and by the time I was home 4 minutes later I had diarrhea. Don’t feel very good. 34 dollars for the food and a strawberry lemonade absolutely not ok with this. I’ll be returning Tuesday at open for my money back.

Radio that plays is broken inside so the music sounds like nails on a chalk board. Don’t worry if the staff like you, I understand espanol a d they just talk crap about guests

Imagine the owner firing you for a simple mistake!
His loss. He is a moron. Replacing the hardworking waitress that worked doubles is 100x more expensive.

Called in order to go. Ordered mushroom raviolis and manicotti. My manicotti had no flavor. I just didn't like it! They had rolls which were just ok. Nothing great! I thought this place would have been different. I'm not planning on coming back!

Not one customer in the restaurant, so we were ready to enjoy a nice quiet date night. Then a couple with child around 2 yo come in, fine. Of ALL the open seats open in the restaurant, the waitress seats them right next to us, with literally a kicking (of my seat) and screaming child. Why, of all the seats available, why seat them next to the only other people there?
