Rowan was the best! He was extremely friendly and made sure I got my food on time. He also didn't rush me when I was placing an order which is rare to find these days!!
Love the sandwich
I got a nugget meal, they forgot the fries, I called them to get a refund and left a message and they never called me back. I won't be going there again. Too expensive to be missing half your order.
Great food, friendly service and quality!
Food is always really good, except the lettuce. Also weird thing but my daughter's ice cream cone had a paper wrapper on the outside and inside lol
I ordered a salad tonight and asked for extra dressing. They give you two, but I wanted another. When they told me they were only allowed to give two, I said I would buy one. The girl at the window turned around to ask and the manager who said no. They wouldn't sell me a dressing packet.
I was honestly very surprised. The dressing packet couldn't cost them more than $1.27 and I was okay with him marking it up whatever is needed. To just flat say NO you just can't have the salad the way you want is ridiculous. I'm offering to pay for it, so you don't lose the $1.27 it cost the store (at most).
I'll drive out of my way to another chick fil a moving forward… If they are willing to allow people to order food the way they like it.
This store was a joke and just rude.
The service here was not good, I absolutely love chick fil a and never have an issue at any other location.

Food is always perfect. Service is very friendly and helpful. They have a small kid play place which is nice for younger kids (8 and under I’d say). Lots of high chairs! Booths and tables.
Messed up my order and weren’t very friendly.
Portions keep getting smaller. Go to Popeyes or fry your own chicken.
$5 for a tiny piece of factory farm chicken and a crumbly biscuit. That's ungodly.
9 people employed standing around, and turned away a bus load of business. Literally. Simple brains wouldn't think outside the box to take a couple hundred dollars of orders and walk them out to the parking lot or even have it picked up at the window.
Then she got snarky..... Sadly.
The food is good. The employees move quickly and get you in and out quickly. It gets really crowded throughout the day in the drive-thru. The employees do their best, though.
