Served food supposed to be thrown away in the trash, and when I returned it, I didn’t have any sincere apologies for the bad food I served or compensation for my time I spent driving back to them. I’m used to some chick fil a branches who make you happy after you were upset. I wouldn’t write this review if they made it up for me when I returned the bad food. As a matter of fact I got discriminatory treatment because I talk and look different but this is an expected outcome in a city like Puyallup

What was the content of my character that day? Where was my heart?I got fired from an ok job that I actually loved?Why?Let me elaborate...I delivered produce as a brand new truck driver with an A-Class license. My mother, who by the way is the only family I have, died two days prior to my start date. Honestly, I sometimes feel suicidal of the extreme loneliness one feels when having no family and I'm going to circle back around to that when I ask if the manager of this restaurant was right in posturing me to get fired.As a new driver, I'm struggling now to get a new job.Here's what happened.As I was delivering through the back door of the Puyallup South Hill Chik-fil-a, one of the employees stomped into the back office crying. After she walked away, I asked another employee, "Was she really crying?""YES."After finishing my delivery I went up front to PURCHASE breakfast. I emphasize purchase because the couple who is ordinarily there is so nice I rarely pay. So much so, I started insisting I pay.When I go to the front to order breakfast, theres the girl that was crying. I asked her, "What's going on???", and that then snowballed into the manager threatening a sexual harrassment lawsuit prompting me to get fired!Im struggling. Im a very friendly person. Im trying to build a house on some land I was fortunate enough to get because my mother died. I got my CDL. I got the lowest paying truck driving job out there.And this manager, not the employee, went so hard at threatening a lawsuit, it crippled my livelihood.What happened after I asked the employee whats going on that she showed up to work crying? Id be proud to share BUT, the lesson Im trying to learn from this is, DO NOT CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE! DONT!ESPECIALLY AT CHIK-FIL-A!Ive always had a great experience delivering to that specific location. I had DOZENS of stops and that Chik-fila was literally my favorite. I don't know what I'm going to do. As a new driver losing my job over this, I'm struggling so much to find a new job. The manager there--I do not understand... I was being kind.How does someone ruin someone's life like she did??? Its not right.The food is good though.

Been here Doordashing many times. Only had the food myself one time. But I can say this place is extremely popular so it must be good. Expect long long lines at the drive through and inside.
I really like coming to this Chick-fil-A, the drive-through is always really quick, and I have never waited for more than 15 minutes for my food. However, I prefer dining inside or getting my food to go from the inside desk, because they are friendlier, and more attentive on the insidebecause their position allows it. The dining area itself can become messy because of straw papers or light trash but the tables are always kept really clean and I love the flowers on every table. Overall, I would come to this fast food restaurant over any in Tacoma.
