I came in the other night and I was having a really bad night. I drove from a different chipotle who had horrible customer service and this location was amazing. I was treated with such good hospitality specifically by Gracie (I want to say that’s her name) she was so kind and went out of her way to help me. When I walked in, I was crying and they honestly turned my night around just by being so kind. It’s really easy to just want to go home at the end of the night and focus on closing up in the food industry so I really appreciate that she actually put the customer first over her own wants/needs and made sure I was taken care of first.
Came in 10 pm yall close in a hour , told me there’s no more chz let or corn or guac . Because they lazy and wanted to close early
Came in for lunch at 11:45 am store is absolutely filthy. Food and dirty containers are everywhere. Inside outside you name it. Side doors are still locked for some reason probably forgot. Looks like a full team but they are all looking at each other with no idea what's going on no manager in site. Lady in front of me asks a team member a question about nurse appreciation she just nods yes. Get to the checkout and they thought they were getting free meals which turns out not. Manager doesn't bother coming out to say anything and we all wait around until they figure it out. Incredible lapse in communication, guest service and atmosphere will never visit again.
My food is basically raw and the staff didn’t really care they just seem to care about their family environment in the kitchen and not cleaning up front.
$65 delivery order, forgot my cokes. I had to drive my own car back to go get the cokes. I complain to the what all the kid workers said was a manager. That was a lie, she is not a manager. I kindly complain, and she throws up her hands in frustration and looks down. I wanted to share that this is actually a reoccurring issue; I haven't gotten chips on my last 3 delivery orders and this $10 of cokes is just the last straw. She again throws up her hands and looks down again. The lack of social and problem solving skills are astonishing. What happened to simple customer service?
She said she'd like to give me a refund over the phone when I said I was coming back, but then can't refund my card. Then I ask for cash, and she can't give me cash. Then she tells me to come in the next day. Drive my car into the store the next day and waste my time for what? An under $10 refund? This is such an embarrassing example of a business. I literally just walked out with no resolve.
I order here a lot. Let's not even go into the quality control. Basically have to babysit your food order, babysit each little scoop because the children that are working here are disrespectful, inconsistent, and a perfect example of why American businesses are failing people like you. I didn't even ask for a refund, you offered! Then when i get there you tell me you can't.
Isn't that your job? To make things right? Isn't that what you do every day? You forgot something, make it right. Who is the owner? You're letting these children ruin your business.
🔥 BEST Chipotle in Puyallup !!
I usually go to qdoba because they don't have all the little charges that chipotle has. They charge for anything guac, sour cream etc. Qdoba is free anyways I stopped by this location. One time which I'm very surprised, but but they're chicken. That's on the commercial. Got me really craving so I stopped by when I was next in line. The employee just walked away. But maybe it was a good thing because when he walked away. I looked at the food and I couldn't believe how old And wrinkled, everything was nothing look fresh.So I didn't want to mess up my stomach.Thankfully the guy walked away which was pretty rude not saying anything but it gave me the chance to look down. I usually get a taco.salad w the shell they didn't hv that option. I am soooo glad I left. Qdoba is so fresh n great. Have been going to the one on sunrise for about 20 yrs n they have NEVERRRR disappointed. I would never go to a chipotle again. I didn't think of taking a pic but I was out before the employee even came back!

Something changed in a good way at this location. It was cleaner and better staffed. I hope that management takes care of their team and promotes stability to provide a better work environment and customer experience.
So much staff but the place is so messy. The utensil station is so messy with garbage but has no utensils. Restroom had no toilet paper and no paper towels. Someone really needs to clean this place up. Also our chicken was so burnt.
