This is the second time I have come here and they’ve been out of chicken, 3 HOURS before close. I would understand coming in last minute and being out of chicken, but 3 hours is insane.

How do you run out of guacamole?? Well that's what happened here and it wasn't even 6 p.m. When we asked the counter help it was relayed day shift didn't make enough guacamole AGAIN! Seems only one shift knows how to make guacamole or it's the business model for this store or is it franchise wide. So get here early if you want to have options for all the toppings!

Lady tried to give me someone elses burrito bowl that had walked out. Then skipped ingredients and tried to rush me through before i could get what i wanted. Also , she spoke super quiet which made no sense in this environment with customers behind a glass enclosure. I walked out just like the people before me and went to a well run business with great service ie jimmy johns.

Place is pathetic. You’re lucky if they have meat past 7:30pm. Been there multiple times only to be told “hey just so you know we’re out of meat right now”. That’s your staple ingredient. Poor management if they can’t manage food prep and order influx. Avoid and go to the other Chipotle in town. At least they have consistent food cooked

Not sure if stars apply on this one but the employee in pink was coughing into her hands and then proceeded to bag loose chips up during opening prep. Just observing from Meridian as I sat in traffic.

Chipotle is my go to fast food Mexican! Nice spot. My only beef is this location never has fresh chips. They always aged. Besides that good quality food for your buck!

The food is good, but the terrible music is so loud that we had to leave. One track that was playing sounded like three completely different pieces of music playing at the one time at full volume. There was no one else eating lunch in, so I assume others were leaving too.
They did a great job with accommodating my food allergies and I was able to eat from here!

The employees were very kind and helpful. We came in with a moderately large order. I can’t remember the name of the girl who made our food but Kiara checked us out and I wanted to thank both of them for accommodating us and being so kind. I was disappointed to find out their pos system doesn’t allow us to tip. I didn’t have cash on me at the time and I really wanted to tip them. We came in 10/28 at 5:13 pm. Thank you to the employees! I hope you get a tipping system integrated into the pos system soon!

I have ordered from here a few times through the GrubHub app to be delivered. Of the five or so times I have ordered, the food has only been right once. Today was my final straw. I ordered a veggie bowl that arrived with tons of chicken and a couple other ingredients, one of which I’m allergic to so I can’t even eat this. I attempted to call the store so the manager could maybe talk with their people about paying better attention to what ingredients are listed on the order, but you just get a robot. I would love to go in person and pick the order up myself, but since I drive semi, I can’t just pull in anywhere. Hopefully someone who has any kind of authority at this location will see this and teach their people how to read order tickets.
