I came in the other night and I was having a really bad night. I drove from a different chipotle who had horrible customer service and this location was amazing. I was treated with such good hospitality specifically by Gracie (I want to say that’s her name) she was so kind and went out of her way to help me. When I walked in, I was crying and they honestly turned my night around just by being so kind. It’s really easy to just want to go home at the end of the night and focus...

Something changed in a good way at this location. It was cleaner and better staffed. I hope that management takes care of their team and promotes stability to provide a better work environment and customer experience.

Food was awesome! Everything was very fresh tasting. It was vibrant and beautiful, and appealing to the eyes. The crew was warm and smiled. They seemed to genuinely want to give us great service. For fast food it definitely exceeded my expectation
