Been here multiple times for pick ups and almost everytime the workers ignore the customers. Very frustrating. I've seen the manager have to get on them telling them to pay attention because they simply won't.

I’m frustrated with the experience I’ve had lately everytime this guy rings me up. The chubby shorter gentleman with tattoos consistently comes across with a negative and unwelcoming attitude. If he’s unhappy in his role, perhaps it’s time to consider a different position especially since customer service should come with a minimum level of professionalism and basic courtesy. Ringing up customers before they’re ready is not acceptable.

Also, I don’t understand why the queso always has a gritty texture. The flavor is actually good, but it feels like the ingredients maybe flour or a thickener aren’t being mixed properly. Qdoba’s queso doesn’t have this issue.

That said, the chicken and steak are always excellent—whoever’s cooking deserves recognition. Just check in with that staff member and ask whether he genuinely wants to be there.

I went to grab lunch here today, they were training a new girl it seemed. But the trainer seemed to be talking with a boy most of the time and not paying attention. The girl barely put any food in my tacos . I ordered a drink and they didn’t tell me the ice machine was broken. My soda is flat and the chips I got are stale. I’m super disappointed. This is not my first off experience there.

All Puyallup chipotle stores absolutely suck. It’s way too consistent. They have no vinaigrette for a salad which they advertise on their website and even sent promotions for, but they don’t even have the dressing to go with it. Every other week I run into this problem and I’m not somebody who’s gonna leave a negative review for nothing but it’s horrible. It’s five ingredients and none of the 18-year-olds in there. Know how to make any type of vinaigrette to make a customer happy. Awful customer service, you lost a customer who has been a loyal customer for at least 12 years. I really don’t understand it. Does it take a manager to be able to make a vinaigrette dressing? Stop sending me advertisements on specials on salads when you don’t even have the proper ingredients to complete the meal.

This is prob the worst location I have ever been too. Out of the last five times I have been here over the last couple of weeks between noon and 3 pm they are out of barbacoa. Which is my go to. And what's worse is when I ask when it'll be ready nobody can give me an answer. Like they are just not offering it here. On top of that anytime i have eaten here no matter what the protein is its always cold. Not even warm. Today will be the last time I come to this particular location. Which is unfortunate bc my wife works down the street not even a block away at the fred meyer and chiptole is one of our favorites. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel.

We are so amazed the crew and manager served us.

There’s a FLY in my food! I haven’t had chipotle in over 2 years and this is what I get for coming back. Disgusting. Then when I use the app about my concern, says I gotta wait for a resolution. Cmon now.

I rather gave them 0 / i know when they open and the service at that time, it's just been 2 year and every time i came here they're out of veggies 🥗 in restaurants eating. Although it's full for online ordering. Can't understand this bullshit. Getting avoit to eat here and preffer other nearby restaurants.
Staff being rude while asking for it. Evan the manager doesn't have any manners to talk.
