came in to get a carne asada bowl asked for double meat and barely got a full scoop and got charged 22 dollars for it this place is ripping you off in a great time of struggle and i would recommend you take your money elsewhere the staff also treated me terribly.

I use the drive thru and pre-order at least 25min in advance. The last 3 times I have done this they still can't seem to get my order done before I get to the window. You sit there at the window(even though you made eye contact with someone) for another 5min before anyone even comes to greet you. At this point you find out they haven't even started making your order yet. I like the food but this type of service is really making me not want to return.

You Should Go Here for a Really Good Big Burrito! 👍🌯 🔥🌶 ...i take that back Last time was the best had in years to the exact opposite this time and i ordered the same exact thing I came back tonight and realized its a hit a miss thing there and very inconsistent this time it was extremely sloppy fell apart pouring into my lap thankfully the bag was there to catch it and i looked inside it was mostly all salsa corn and lettuce and almost zero chicken with little black beans and rice or cheese plus it had no sour cream and there was so much salsa dripping all over i couldnt let go once i started without it falling apart completely it was way way too spicy i was sweating and i cant have it that hot i couldn't barely eat it i didn't order a salad with salsa i ordered a burrito and it was so now i am still hungry and left unsatisfied because it didnt have the flavor i craved at all and didnt get what i orded and it was a waist of money. Photo is the good one koodos to the person who made my first one 👍 maybe next time if i muster up the courage to go back it will get a 5 star again for the food

Don't bother coming to this Chipotle after 7 p.m. because your order will never be fresh or correct. We visit this Chipotle about twice a month, and I will no longer order from this location. Our order is incorrect almost every time. On our most recent visit, I opened our guac after getting home, and there was a huge hair in it. Quality and service have significantly declined in recent months.

What an unmitigated calamity this place is. Got message on app that my order was ready. Got to the store one guy in front of me and my order not ready. People piling up waiting to pick up. No sense of urgency. Some employees standing around. Been waiting some 25 minutes now. More people coming in and waiting for their food. The kicker is with all these people waiting they actually put the food on the shelf instead of calling names as if they’re ahead of the game. One guy waiting had his food put on shelf as he watched! Lol! Much faster to order at the store or drive thru

Horrible service, gross food. I found a nat crawling in the chicken and staff didn’t seem to care when brought to their attention. Manager sucks. Wouldn’t go back and don’t recommend

I did an online order, both of our meals were horrible. There's large raw pieces of purple onions and missing most of the add ons we requested. Unfortunately my worst Chipotle meal to date 😞
