We are so amazed the crew and manager served us.

There’s a FLY in my food! I haven’t had chipotle in over 2 years and this is what I get for coming back. Disgusting. Then when I use the app about my concern, says I gotta wait for a resolution. Cmon now.

I rather gave them 0 / i know when they open and the service at that time, it's just been 2 year and every time i came here they're out of veggies 🥗 in restaurants eating. Although it's full for online ordering. Can't understand this bullshit. Getting avoit to eat here and preffer other nearby restaurants.
Staff being rude while asking for it. Evan the manager doesn't have any manners to talk.

Delicious always fresh food

Vegis and some of the meat looked dried out. Was a 30 minute wait for rice. Staff didn't know how many tacos came in an order . Had no idea what she was doing. STAFF NEEDS SERIOYS TRAINING. WE WALKED OUT WITH OUT FOOD.

Why is my salsa never filled.... It's like they do it on purpose. This is salsa I pay for with my chips, not a side and it's not even enough for half the bag.

The staff was nice. The credit card machine was broken so I had to order online. I got a bowl and the rice was crunchy. I don't do spice, there was one bite of something in my bowl that had my mouth burning. Not impressed with the food quality. The atmosphere was great.

They were out of white rice and i said i could wait, there was a lady with a bandana and hair down she said that she didn't know how long it would take but she wasn't friendly. The line is dirty and they just stand there doing nothing when there is no line instead of cleaning the line. Chips are not cooked all the way. I love chipotre but experiences like this makes me not wanting to come back.

The best Chipotle I’ve been to, hands down! The food is great and fresh, and on top of that the staff are amazing! Super friendly and helpful, I got great recs AND great vibes. Special thank you to the person who made my bowl today, you’re the best! (Sorry I didn’t get your name, but the person with short hair/pixie cut and great skin haha—give them a raise!) Glad that I have an amazing chipotle near me :) highly recommend!

The first thing I noticed upon walking in was that the garbage was overflowing and spreading to the counter above it and next to it. There were at least 5 employees in the store so it wasn't a Manpower problem. I was also a bit upset that they wouldn't sell me any of the chips that they had (5 or so bags tucked under a table) because they "had to save them for online orders" apparently.
