Cinnamon rolls are good, service could be better. Definitely prefer the one at the tacoma mall. Some employees at this one have made it seem like a bother if you want the cinnamon roll warmed up so the icing blends better.

I WOULD NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Employees are slow, rude and seem to have made up their own store policy.
I went by on 12/20/2025 at 630pm. I paid close to $24 for a 4x pack of cinnabons. I asked to have the fresh/warm cinnabons that were just made (sitting out on display). I was told I would be charges extra for the “hot rolls”. I asked how much more it would be, and the employee said it would cost me an extra $28 for 4x warm rolls on top of the $24 I had already paid? I declined. Instead, I was given a overcooked/cold 4x pack of Cinnabons from 1/4 stacks of prepacked cinnabon they already had packaged. I inquired on whether this was a new policy or not and where this is advertised. They said it is not advertised anywhere and this has always been a policy/rule for all Cinnabons. He also added that because the rolls are warm, they would “mess up” the packaging. While this conversation occurred, the other employee laughed as if there was a problem with me inquiring on this hot roll policy. Overall, this was a horrible experience.

If you get a multi pack they hardly put any frosting on it so they’re dry and disgusting and they charge you an arm and a leg for a tiny little cup of frosting

Food was great got a Caramel PecanBon and a Double Chocolate Mocha both yummy but there was an employee who was so quiet, monotone, and kinda just rude with his tone, no eye contact no smile, both earbuds in. I get it probably has had a long day but the other lady was so get up and smiley. Just kinda ruined my mood :// I hope you guys can have better atmosphere from said employee !

I got 2 classic cinnamon rolls for their anniversary, one was $1.25 which was nice. However, the cinnamon rolls were flat, not risen at all. My husband says they were both dry and undercooked, at the same time.

Very disappointed. Asked for a 4 pack, clerk asked if I wanted extra frosting. Asked for 2 and was charged $2.58 for two very small plastic cups half full. Handed the 4 pack which didn't look good, as if they had not risen or been properly baked, which I found out this morning was what it was - undercooked, half the size they should have been. They were gummy and moist, but not the quality I expect from Cinnabon. Nearly $25 dollars for 4 unappetizing rolls. I should not have accepted them when he handed me the box. Too bad - won't be back here again and will not likely look for the brand again. If I had not been in the mall for another pickup I wouldn't have made the stop, won't stop in again.

I ordered a cinnamon roll from here on door dash. They added another item to my order and charged me for it. The thing they added was cold. The cinnamon roll was cold and the outside was hard. Definitely not fresh.

I just visited this place, payed 6.29 for one underbaked, cold, uneven spread of cinnamon. And this is the second time, the first time I bought the four pack. Will never buy from this place again.

We bought a pack for the house and they were kind enough to warm up what we were going to eat right away. That’s awesome service to me. Eating a warm fresh one could have been easier but when you’re a family on a budget, they were so nice to make it work for us. Thank you for amazing service!
Just had some cinnabon and it didn’t taste the same! Taste like something from Safeway or QFC. Terrible!!!!

Went there last weekend and bought a 6 pack of the big cinnabons. I asked for 2 extra frosting at .99¢ a 2 oz cup. I guess they don't come with a free frosting cup anymore. When we got home we noticed that there was hardly any frosting on them and they didn't much flavor. The quality has went down hill. Which is sad because they used to be so good years ago.
