They aren't the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had, but they ARE good. The only bad part is the location... a food court in a local mall.

Bought a 6 pack for a family gathering. They where sunken, dry, lacking frosting or the magic I remembered from pst experience. 25$ and only 1 inclufed 2oz frosting cup for all 6. Super disappointing . The lady helping me was fast and kind, she was sadley understanding that the math just didn't work out with the sale.

Definitely a better experience then The Olympia Mall. Christine was very polite and considerate person. My cinnabon was fresh and delicious. Definitely will comeback sometime to this location.

Bought a cinnabon with extra frosting to take home. The cinnabon was so paper thin you could barely taste it. Glad I bought extra frosting also there was zero frosting on the cinnabons. The cinnabons should be thick not paper thin. The iced cinnabon coffee also gives you diarrhea so please don’t drink it.

we went last night because my daughter wanted one after shopping. she placed her order and went to pay and the girl (Brenna) told her they cant take cash. I asked what time they closed and was told 8 (they had 10min) I then asked if they are still open why were they not excepting cash?... I was told they already closed the till and were just trying to sell what they had left. she then said it was "policy" to close the till early. ( I have never heard that in retail) I paid with my card and Brenna then said... And if you are going to be rude, don't come back! and walked away.I called the manager and made a complaint, even though I doubt anything will come of it. POOR customer service! to be honest Brenna is lucky my kids were with me or I would have had MANY words to say to her. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Saw a lady at 10:40 am August 15 on her phone while making cinnamon rolls. Not only that but I saw her wipe her nose without gloves and continue making cinnamon rolls

False advertisement, says it's open but guys are busy closing the store at ~7:00 pm only selling products in the box. Has happened 3 times. Shame on me x 2.

Is this a JOKE, says they close at 9pm and my gf and I went in there at like 6:50 and they said they are closed, if they close early then they should update there hours bc it’s gonna make a lot of people go there for nothing, really wanted a cinnamon roll to, so disappointing.

The cinnamon rolls were dry, were heated up in a microwave too long! And over priced! Waste of money

Had to run to Puyallup and my hubby called and asked if I was near a Cinnabon. We saw there was one in Puyallup so I stopped in. 3 cute and nice teenage boys were working. I bought 4 large rolls and they placed them in an unbranded box. It looked like a hamburger take out box. No big deal, it's a box but when I got home my husband asked if I cheaped out and bought fakes. A week later we were in the Tacoma Mall and walked by that store. We bought some and we told the worker our story. He said that they make their rolls onsite and Puyallup uses frozen. Boy, what a difference! I'll make sure we only buy rolls from a Cinnabon that bakes in house!
