Cockrell Hard Cider is one of my favorite spots in Washington! The staff and the management make this a wonderful place to bring your friends and hang out. They have great drinks, food trucks, trivia nights, live music, and sometimes even chicken races! :) This place is inclusive to all walks of life, no matter who you are. They also have the CUTEST dogs i’ve ever seen roaming the property. 💛 The parking is excellent and safe. If i could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.
Cockrells is a must stop for anyone who enjoys drinking cider and a good vibe. This spot has been my go to weekend hang out for years! The staff are wonderful and knowledge, the environment is great (they even have the sweetest farm dog), and the cider is truly the best I’ve ever had Don’t miss out!!
You can’t visit Puyallup without visiting Cockrell Hard Cider. The venue and the energy is excellent. The selection of Cider is great. If you like a spicy cider, the Devil ‘N is the best raspberry habanero cider I have ever had. There’s no better place to sit in the sun and have a drink. Highly recommend. 5 stars.
Amazing cider, great location and genuine people!!
A bit rustic. Nice, fun, enjoyable place on a nice day. No frills with live music
Girlfriends love it and the cider is affordable
Great cider, fantastic and relaxing atmosphere
Great place for casual and relaxed time. I could spend a whole day just soaking up the good vibes there.😎
Would be 5 stars for food, drinks, atmosphere, but can only leave 2 stars due to getting bit by the dog on property. Would gladly return if dog is no longer allowed to roam or kept to one section.
On this last Friday, we went to Cockrell to meet some friends for a cider. Cockrell allows children under 18 months to come in. So we brought our 6 month old with us. We had drinks and ordered pizza from the food truck. All of the food, beverages, and atmosphere were really great, until the black lab on the property came over to our table. Earlier in the evening, we were petting the dog and our friends (who had been before) said he was very friendly.
Later on, my 6month old was in his car seat on the grass between my husband and I, the dog wandered up to our table. My friend called the dog over by her, so the dog would not bother the baby. I opened my pizza box to eat a slice, and the dog bit my hand. He was going for the pizza slice but instead got my hand. It was very unexpected and quite painful. Even our friends were shocked, as we were not attempting to feed the dog nor taunting it. I was just trying to eat my pizza slice. Luckily it did not break skin, however it left large indent on pointer finger (leaving the finger/hand sore) and bruising along my middle, ring, and pinky fingers. After we had left, I called the owner to let him know and he said that he will “take the this into consideration very seriously.”
But a word to the wise, keep your distance from the dog if you plan on eating while at Cockrell.

Jena. Thank you for the great recommendation on the blonde beer. Was quite good. Also the remember Betty's event was top notch
Great cider. Good food trucks
Love this place!! It's such a fun casual local hangout and is surrounded by agriculture to boot! Also great to rent for parties!
Cockrel has a great atmosphere, great cider and great food trucks. They also have a few beers on tap and a few wines as well. There are rotating food trucks to feed the crowd, check the calendar for the latest one.
There is often live music inside the tents in the winter and outside on the stage in the summer.
If you are prone to being cold, make sure you bring coats, scarves, hats and gloves as this is a mostly outdoor venue, with fires and heaters.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff and people.
